Have not received tablets or refund there is always delivery issues

I purchased an item, have waited over 4 weeks for the item. Keep getting told that there is delays with Royal Mail. I asked for refund twice, this has not been processed.

I'm still waiting for my order after 2 months. I have asked by E-Mail 5 times and they have failed to respond to any. I will now speak to the bank to see if I can get my money back. If you are poorly and need any medication, please do not rely on this company, you will not feel any better dealing with them. They have no customer service, if fact I very much doubt they are still operating with the lack of communication. My order number was #AYP57676, just in case they may say they have no order, I can assure you they have my money.

Awful company - liars and steal your money and items never sent. Tried to contact multiple times to receive a email back once in a blue moon lying saying my order will be sent. It’s been 6 weeks now. THIEVES

Rather long winded about my order had I not reminded them that I had not received my order I wonder if I would have received it at all.

Got the medication I needed at a price that beats others hands down! Fast delivery and easy website to use.

1 month to ship and deliver an item that was indicated to be in stock? Acceptable? Lots of excuses - robots, stock management, packing, ….. no offer of a goodwill payment or voucher for delay.

The service from AYP was appalling. After not receiving my order an email was received saying that it would be processed. It wasnt. It was only after threatening with trading standards that I finally received my order. I do not recommend this company.

Normally a great company but this time the order was exceptionally slow which would have been okay had the site provided a warning. No available staff for live chat and no telephone availability. Missed deadlines and lots of excuses. Finally received the items but long after they were needed.

Fast and efficient service

My order took over 3 months to arrive, despite being promised to me "within a week" every couple of weeks when I got in touch to query where it was. No information, poor customer service

Delivery took too long

Unfortunately my eye drops took a month to arrive. However, to the company’s credit they did update me about the issue and opolgised for the delay in dispatch.

I ordered on 21st March and it took 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Not once did I receive a message about the delay. Only response to my question asking where my order was. Very bad service
