From first inspection of the car, arranging a competitive finance package to collecting my car they made the whole process easy and quick. The car its-self is of excellent quality and has so far in nearly 4,000 miles since purchase in June 2024 has proved absolutely faultless and reliable. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is looking to buy a quality car at a fair price.

I live on the other side of the country but I'd definitely go out of my way to take my car back to the garage for it's annual service and mot... that's how good it was.

United Kingdom | 09 October 2024They don’t expect you to take a test drive ( non offered ) rather pay a deposit then turn up to collect car , if any issues bring it back within 24hrs for money back same day lol , they also put my car out with a battery running at 75 % which they knew due to the pre collection Bosch service they do resulting in stop start not working , the timing belt was due to be done at last service but wasn’t done and they would not replace it I had to pay for it to be done ? And replaced 3tyers when on AWD car you have to change 4 to look after the diff , no book pack and wouldn’t get me one all in all won’t be back !

Vehicles are prepared and serviced to a basic standard for which the customer has to pay £199 on top of the vehicle price for. After sales experience is basic - concerns shared but not addressed. Very much once they have your money, they don’t want to really know kind of attitude. Would avoid in future and would not recommend.

United Kingdom | 30 September 2024Viewed a golf Gti, had a couple of tiny rust spots on rear quarter which salesman agreed would be sorted. Bought car and picked it up with 80 more miles on than when viewed and the rust spots had been sorted. Within 1 week the rust was showing again, took car back and was told nothing they could do as its rust and it will come back. Car still had masking tape hanging from underside of drivers door and had overspray on wheel liner. Workmanship really poor and looked rushed. I was told they would sort the overspray but I have no confidence in them at all. I know this but not after 1 week. Avoid at all costs, they can't do enough for you until they have your money then they can't do any less. I will be getting the rust sorted and moving it on.

He was a bit sceptical upon buying his next car as he was upgrading from his trusted car of 27 years. Spotted a Jag he fell in love with and from there on he hasn’t looked back. Dealt with Stew and he was amazing. With my step father working away and not actually seeing the vehicle before taking it away, Stew was in contact throughout the entire process and made things a breeze! Thanks so much everyone! We would BOTH highly recommend! Great selection of cars also and a really tasty coffee 😋

United Kingdom | 17 September 2024Worst experience buying a car, was mid led on price of extras and completely lied to on how long I’d wait for the car. Finance documents were completed incorrectly by the sales man which meant I had to ring the new finance company and have them resent and they failed to settle the finance on my old car within the time frame meaning I’ve now paid 2 lots of car finance for 2 months in a row-I’m still waiting on a refund. I was also misadvised that I wouldn’t need to tax the car until January, when I challenged this I was made to feel stupid that I thought that was the case… when one of the salesman had told me that? Wouldn’t recommend Redgate lodge to anyone and especially not a lone female whose knowledge isn’t the best as I was treat like I was thick. I’ve made complaints about the way I’ve been treat along the way however the experience has just continued to be really, really poor.
