If I could give a minus rating I would. The engineer was at my home for approx 10 mins to realign my satellite dish. he more or less forced us to pay in cash, and within 5 mins the TV was no longer receiving the satellite signal need. The company refused to come out and fix it without us paying again for a service they didn't actually deliver in the first place.

Con - beware I was quoted £80 repair and £160 replace on the phone. The guy came round and was very rude. Took the old one down at a cost of £95 and gave me a quote of £520 for a new aerial. The old one was working but was rattling around. Now I have no TV signal/ aerial at all and am £95 in the hole. I am in touch with Citizens advice and will pursue this so that they don't con elderly people who can't defend themselves.

I was having to issues and these guys could have come out within 12 hours! I got them to come out 24 hours later and the most wonderful person called Omar arrived (on time). He tested the whole system and pointed out the problems and then offered a variety of solutions. There was NO pressure put on me at all and I felt really comfortable about how I was able to make my decisions. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and no mess left at all. Well done Omar, THANKYOU!

I booked a call for the day and time that suited me. Omar arrived promptly and had telephoned before to advise me of the time he would be arriving. Omar was friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The job was very fiddly but he didn’t rush, and he gave us a useful explanation of how our new system worked. Omar is an asset to your company.

Not often you have a tradesman through your door that leaves such a positive influence on you. Omar was thorough in our aerial check and offered a few options in terms of repairs and stated the benefits and drawbacks of each option. We were only initially willing to spend half of what we did but I feel no way in paying more for such an excellent service, a real asset to the firm and a bright young inspirational young man. Would recommend !!! Work was completed to a high quality and he even put shoe covers on !!! Brilliant !

The pre appointment team were so helpful and professional and called as promised on the day of installation to advise the time the engineers would arrive. Ricky and Reece were fantastic. Very courteous and knowledgeable and they made light work of a tricky job. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again as they are excellent.

Sam was super. Fast, efficient and friendly. Our aerial was sited in a tricky spot to access but he managed to climb over the roof to fix it. A very helpful guy all round.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Aerial Force when they installed my Starlink satellite dish. The engineer left a large hole in my wall, allowing cold air to enter my apartment. The satellite dish was installed incorrectly, leading to a complete burnout of the system and tripping my electrical sockets. Additionally, the dish was inadequately secured, requiring another bracket, which caused it to move dangerously in the wind. The engineer also installed the system while it was powered on, which is both unsafe and unprofessional. The dish itself was left with scratches and scuff marks on the corners due to poor handling. When I raised these issues, the company offered to send the same engineer back, but I declined as I no longer trusted their competence. Unfortunately, they have refused to provide a refund or compensate me for hiring a properly qualified company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend Aerial Force for Starlink installation or any other services. Their work fell far below professional standards, and their customer service failed to resolve these issues. Overall, this has cost me a significant amount of money due to their poor service.

£85 plus VAT it’s only for the engineer to attend to your house and give you a quote. My tv antenna was down by the storm on Saturday evenings and hanging by the cable on the roof. I called them on Sunday and book for Monday. The call centre doesn’t know nothing apart from the booking day. I asked them on the phone if it’s possible that 1 person will go on the roof and fix it. They told me , yes. When the engineer arrive , he told me it’s not possible and I paid £621 for cutting cable from the hanging antenna and he fix it new one on the side wall of the house. If the antenna will not hanging on the cable from Saturday and I afraid it could fall on the sky windows on the ground floor I would told him go away and wait for someone else for the next day.

Waited in all day but got call to tell me the engineer was running late and wouldn’t be coming until the next morning. All though it states on the website no call out fees, the lady I spoke on the phone told me I would have to pay £42 but it would be deducted from my final bill - it wasn’t. Fees are incredible cost me in total £312 plus the call out fee and cables are on show for all to see. My TV only cost me £229. The only good thing - the engineer did respect my property and put covers on his footwear. I’ve used the company before but will never use again.

Absolute RiP Off Made sure I explained what I required, that I'd had quotes already and if they not competitive then don't come. Was told £168 to fit new aerial as cable already in Paid for £30 Survey (rip off .. no one else charges) Engineer turns up and price goes to £400 ex Vat and £190 for extra socket Absolute joke Don't touch

If I could give minus rating I would. I’ve been left for a week with no aerial. Booked on sat and was told Tue, rung Tue and told van issues, would now be we’d - rung Wed and told sickness and would be Friday, rung Friday and told van issue and would be sat, just been rung and told sickness and would be Sunday - asked them what company in their right mind behaves like this and allows a customer to have no tv for a week, despite promises each day - GENUINELY SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING COMPANY who take on too much work and let you down. Was even told that I could also no longer expect free quote - REALLY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!.

I booked an engineer twice - first day waited until 4:45pm before phoning to say couldn't come. Second day (today) waited until 4pm to be told again couldn't come.
