After waiting all day 3 times, each time they phoned to cancel and rebook, complete waste of time

Excellent service thankyou. Chris their engineer visited the morning after the call was raised at the agreed time He removed our broken tv aerial from the chimney, sorted out an existing aerial in the loft space and re-tuned the television. I would happily recommend Aerial force in the future.

Excellent service. Engineer visited the morning after the call was raised. He replaced a broken satellite bracket, checked the aerial signal, replaced a faulty aerial socket, and re-tuned the television, all done with efficiency and without mess. Was delighted with the whole operation.

Not great.... Charged 450.00 for free sat installation and new satellite box bits outside on the exsisting satilitte dish. Having been told they couldn't put an aeriel on my roof because it wouldn't be safe. Having since found out the roof is safe and an aeriel which i originally wanted would have been the better and cheaper option. The free sat box is an older version and now no itv channels work now after the station changes after 6mths

I am extremely frustrated with the service I received. I scheduled a home appointment, but for three consecutive days, the appointment was either missed or rescheduled without any proper notice. This lack of reliability has been incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. I expected much better communication and service, especially after making plans around the scheduled time. I hope they improve their reliability in the future.

Do not use, total con merchants bunch of charlatans

Mitchell was very pleasant and helpful. He was very prompt and made sure that the job was completed (he tested all equipment before he left). I would highly recommend Mitchell.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Disgusting customer service. Cancelled FOUR TIMES on the go now. Trying to arrange for 3 TV's fitted with aerials and despite promising each day they would turn up, they don't. Chase them and they cancel the appointment saying they are too busy to attend. Rude, unhelpful and unreliable. Try elsewhere because this company are not reliable at all.

Hiked price after the job was complete that wasn't in the original quotation, however this was all verbal so nothing I can do. Their HQ are liars and are not looking to best help their customers!

No one turned up day two unable to fix until later in the week.A classic case of all style and no substance No thing worse than waiting around all day

Brian came round to remove some old cabling and take the old dish off the wall, Set up the new aerial and hang some TVs. Great knowledge; very helpful, came out when they said they would- no annoying delays! Would definitely recommend. Tidied up after himself too!

Had assessment with fitter on the Saturday morning and agreed for the work to be done on the following Monday at 8:30am no one showed up, no phone call or anything from anyone? after emailing them and not receiving any reply I get a phone call at 6pm from the fitter asking if he could do the job now!!! Unbelievably bad communications and service. Avoid if you have a choice.
