Avoid this company. Waited all day for them to show up got call to say couldn’t get here arrived late today for an arranged visit was told would be £82 for a diagnostic said I’d booked a repair would be another £40 plus vat to go onto roof to look at aerial. Told him to leave it then was told it would still cost £82 and if I didn’t pay it would be taken to court. Said none of this had been explained to me over the phone listened to a recording of my phone call all that was said that t&c were on their website which he agreed was misleading however still had to pay .

Stuart came today to fit the StarLink system. He was really great at recommending the best location for the receiver and ensuring it was installed correctly. His work was really neat and the finished installation is brilliant. I would recommend him to anyone. Great value for money

I needed a solution for digital tv to be fitted into my garage gym. The engineer discussed all solutions clearly. I agreed on the best of all possibilities. The engineer explained what he would do simply, just straight forward and easy to understand. He kept the house clean and tidy after the work was completed and I was happy to pay the amount asked of me for a top notch professional job. He also had a good sense of humour, is very much a people person and was very reassuring and efficient. In addition my signal was also improved to a perfect signal in my bedroom from the same loft aerial. I highly recommend this company for the work carried out based on my experience from initial call to the point of work completion. Many Thanks to Aerial Force and to Jon, the engineer.

Visited twice - first time replaced lmb then 6 months later it went wrong and needed new satellite dish. After that was installed we 'lost' BBC1 South and a number of other channels had very poor quality signal. We were told it was the Freesat box which was old and needed replacing. A local company came and installed a quality lmb and realligned the dish. Now we get all channels at 100% quality and we don't need a new Freesat box. The local company also did the job in less than half the time and much less that half the cost of Aerial Force.

Phoned Ariel force for advice and a quote & they sent Tom who arrived 8:30am the next day. Was an absolute pleasure he listened to what we hoped to do and gave advice about moving the Ariel, mounting the TV and electrical works that would need to be completed. He was polite and courteous and clearly very experienced in his field & we would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for similar works to be done - Thanks Tom

Avoid like the plague, a guy named John Robinson came here basically to do NOTHING, and charged me £118, for sweet F all. As if that isn't bad enough he left a nasty body smell in my flat, so now I have to put up with his smell also. He can use that £118 to have a shower. I want my money back but I am not optimistic.

The engineer arrived the day after I made the booking, understood what needed doing and quoted for several solutions. The work was carried out the following day (at my request) quickly and efficiently by the very helpful and polite engineer.

Regrettably my experience with this company was not a good one. Despite booking the appointment weeks in advance, they then cancelled the appointment on three consecutive dates, despite calling multiple times on each date and being assured of attendance. The booking system is shambolic and the customer service appalling. The ‘Guide price’ of £125 + Vat turned out to be almost £400 despite being a standard installation that took less than 45 mins. Dirt left all over the carpet with no offer to clean and a refusal to compensate the huge inconvenience caused over multiple cancelled appointments. This company have zero respect for their customers and I am convinced the price was not derived with integrity. 100% would not recommend.

John R did a great second job. In and out quickly and called as asked before arrival when so many don’t. Super polite and gave useful advice about something next door we hadn’t noticed. Very happy with service.

This company came out to give me a diagnosis, the engineer (Collin) arrived his first action was to pick up a leaf and tell me this was the problem as there were trees surrounding my garden. He never took off his ladder to check if the dish needed re-aligning, which the company says they do, included in the price, nor did he check any outside cabling that may need changing, he told me he could relocate my dish for well over £300, he never checked the signal coming into the box, he replaced two connecters, told me I had water damage in the inside?? Surely the diagnosis should be process of elimination, Colin may well have been correct but without what I would call a full diagnosis, how could he be sure??? Collin was at my house for no more than 15 minutes at a cost to me of £96 incl VAT Not a bad hourly rate, if Collin did 6/7of these a day!!! THINK ABOUT IT!!!! I asked AerielForce what their standard minimum diagnosis procedure was, surely this would be standard practice to have a diagnostic ''check list'' that would rule out any other problems?? but they did not supply this information, So for the sum of £96, inc VAT Colin looked at my dish told me it was old and that I should contact sky who would ''do it for free'' and changed 2 connectors, but did not re-connect one!! When I questioned what I was getting for my money he said ''a diagnosis, same as you'd get in a garage for your car'' Now! I am sure a professional in a garage would have at least used some technology to be accurate on the diagnosis, not Collin he used his eyes from the ground, he used the information I had described in the on-line request, as fact. In my humble oppinion this was a very unprofessional service, and I feel I was scammed, so my advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The whole process was fast and efficient. Nick was excellent, he did a great job and gave me sound advice. Plus he cleaned up the mess made.. it was expensive using this company, I might have been able to find it cheaper using a local independent trader, however I was lazy and used the first on Google which was aerialforce. The quote was within the national average pricing for my size of TV. Overall I'm happy with the job. Would recommend.
