Having just got rid of Sky recently I needed a new TV Aerial installed on my house. I spoke to Aerialforce and they got someone out the same day to do the installation. Everything went smoothly and I now have a new aerial and more importantly feeds going to all the rooms that have TVs so we can watch HD Freeview channels with no problems at all.

Efficiency in Office and by the Engineer in attendance. Very faulty and rusted sat dish replaced in an hour. Both staff were most polite.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would , I originally enquired on a weekend and I knew there’s a chance I might not get someone out a lovely lady rung me to apologise for the inconvenience and booked me for the first call in the morning on the following working day. our engineer Tom H was absolutely amazing, arrived at the specified time, took care of my home with shoe covers, and had a brush and dustpan to clean up after the job. The job it self smashed it I was so anxious about having my 75inch on the wall unsure of how stead and safe it is as I have little kids he explained and showed me everything answered all my questions and was a great pleasure to have him install our Tv. Gave me quotes for what I enquired about and gave professional opinion without pressuring into taking on the service. Everything was transparent and clear from start to finish. The price is worth the service and peace of mind of a quality job and safety which was my main priorities Fantastic job Tom thank you.

Like so many other customers stayed in waiting for an engineer all day only to be told nobody was available that day, but would come tomorrow,that happened three days in a row!! If you don't mind wasting time & days pay book with them,otherwise go elsewhere.

Guys ! It is a bad bad company … they make me wait a full day on a Saturday, and promised be during the week the person will be there. I wait from 9am till 5pm Saturday, called them 10x time they assure me the person was coming and at the end it was not the case. I do not recommend that company and staff say lie to make you happy !

I contacted them for a repair and when the engineer got here he told me I needed a new aerial. I had seen the prices advertised were reasonable but the engineer quoted a far higher price and when I queried it said that I needed a two way splitter so that was more. I was charged £69 plus vat diagnostic charge £429 plus vat for the aerial and £119 plus vat for a two way splitter. The invoice is for a different named company and having looked at their reviews this appears to be a regular occurrence. I would avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

Contacted Aerialforce requesting a survey and installation for CCTV and Tyler and his colleague arrived the next day. He and his colleague carried out the survey with absolute professionalism and after agreeing a price for the installation, the work was carried out extremely well and to my satisfaction. The advice and technical assistance that Tyler imparted to both my son and I was clear and understandable. His professional knowledge of the system and the expertise displayed in the instalation was very noticeable which left me completely satisfied with the overall quality of the work. This is the second time I've used Aerialforce, once for the replacement of a TV Aerial and on this occasion and on both occasions I have had absolutely no reason to complain. Thank you Tyler. Would like to thank Darell for coming and making our dream home even more dreamier! Two men came the same day and told me that there was a 65 pound charge to test the freesat connection. There was no mention of this in their advertising They whipped out a box and 20 seconds later told me there was a problem with the cable or the satellite dish. I could have told them that! When I looked at my credit card statement they had charged 90 pounds.

Had problems with my Sky recepetion. Phoned Aerialforce who sent ove an engineer almost immediately. Found and fixed problem within minutes. Very professional.

Lee was so efficient hoovered to clear dust and took his shoes off whilst indoors. Great work and listened carefully to what was wanted and fitted to perfection. Thank you Arialforce and Lee.

Lee communicated up front regarding arrival time, was very mindful of it being a new build, and new carpets. Tests were done, advice provided and pricing transparent. Job done on the day , with wrap up at the end and ongoing advice given. All in all a good experience even if I did have to spend money!
