Sirs, For the record this is to inform you that we were most disappointed by your service. In fact I could say that you were dishonest in your dealings and breached your contract with us. We booked an executive coach for 17 people with separate compartment for luggage for travel between London and Leicester for a wedding the last weekend of May 2014. You did NOT convey this information to the coach company and on 23rd May we got a coach where we had to put the luggage inside the coach and hence lost passenger space. We just barely managed on the way to Leicester from London as all 17 passengers did not join. I called your office on 24th May and explained that we would definitely have all 17 passengers on the return trip and that the same coach would NOT be acceptable. I stated clearly that we must have the size/type coach which we had booked and you had contracted to provide. You assured me that a coach as reserved would come on 26th May. On 26th May the same coach and driver arrived and informed us that YOU had failed to inform them of our requirements. We had to send some passengers by train and bus to complete the journey. This caused a great deal of embarrassment and frustration for us as hosts, detracted greatly from what should have been a happy journey by family and friends following a wedding, and caused added time, inconvenience and costs to the passengers who had to find alternative transport. The driver was most helpful BUT YOUR Company was totally dishonest and breached your contract. As you required payment by bank draft and not credit card, we do not have the customer friendly option to dispute your charges through the credit card company for failure to provide the services contracted for. I do wonder if your bank draft payment requirement is designed to make it difficult for customers to dispute your charges due to your failure to perform your part of your customer contracts. We are most disappointed with you and give you a very poor rating.

si tu veux te garantir d'un service efficace et profiter d'un transport dans un beau bus typiquement anglais comme nous l'avons fait pour assurer le transport d'un groupe d'adolescents de leur hôtel au château de Leeds, tu peux sans hésitation faire confiance aux services de coachhire. Chauffeurs très serviable qui s'est assuré du confort du groupe.je recommande!

We used coach hire recently tevelling from southamton to Bournemouth. They were such a pleasure to deal with over the phone (Richard S) and email. Drivers were friendly and with 21 young girls (StMatrins Twirlers) travelling friendly people are a blessing. When we go back to england next year I would be booking with them again.

Recieved drivers number 2 days before travelling. Driver was on time at Stansted airport and was waiting for us at the coach stop. Return journey was an early morning pick up and the driver was at the hotel early and we were at the airport in plenty of time for our flight back to Sweden.

Making the reservation was easy and communication was very good. We were met at pick up location by a driver saying he tried ring my mobile but I did not answer, I explained that there was no signal at the location to which he replied Well if you had been another five minutes I was going ( we were early at the bus) The mini bus was old and tatty which was very poor as we were all dressed for a evening meal. He was on time to pick us up so no complaints about the service but if this is the standard of the mini bus we will not be using them again.

I booked a minibus for a hen party to travel from Gatwick Airport to Brighton. Had no problems at all. In fact our flight was delayed and the driver waited for us without any problems. He even loaded all the luggage into the bus by himself. Very Nice Driver called Tony X

Arrived on time, friendly driver. Driver was told different return time to what we had booked which would have taken him over his allowed hours, he arranged for a different driver for the return leg, no problems.

We got a 49 seater executive coach and it was great, driver was friendly too, as were the staff who helped me with the initial booking. Was quite apprehensive at first but that soon disappeared and had a memorable journey with friends and family. Would recommend them and use their coaches again.

We asked for a black executive minibus and that is what we got.. It was clean and presentable if somewhat larger than we expected but the grandchildren loved it. It meant they were able to all go to the funeral together. They shared happy memories of grandad on the journey which helped them with the sadness of the occasion. The minibus was great, just what we needed and the driver was very helpful. I am going to recommend this mode of transport to anyone I know who has to get a lot of people to one destination at a set time.

Hired this Company and its coach to collect some of our wedding party from a hotel and take them to a family wedding. They then returned late that night to bring them all back to the hotel. We could not have wished for a better Company to deal with. They were excellent value for money being cheaper than a lot of local firms yet we got a Rolls Royce service. The staff at headquarters were most helpful and very efficient, keeping us up to date with confirmations e mails all along the line - especially Dave! The coach was comfortable and arrived on time and throughout our transactions everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Should we ever need a coach again, we will not hesitate to use this Company and we would like to thank them very much indeed for helping to make the day go so smoothly.

Having booked, confirmed and paid in advance for a 16 seat Luxury coach to take me and some fellow runners to the London Marathon start, I was a little worried when at 20 minutes late there was no coach and no word of any problem. What then ensued was what I can only describe as 30 minutes of sheer panic. I had to first call Coachhire to see if they were aware of a problem, and then having been given the contact number for the driver, I had to TRY and make contact with him to find out what was going on. I say try, as he wouldn't answer the phone for the first 7 attempts, and when he did, I received a very poor sounding excuse that he had a puncture en route and was trying himself to get hold of the RAC. This is now about an hour after the puncture. Not once did the driver think to contact his office or the client (me) to inform us. On a normal day this would have been poor customer service, but on marathon day (and for me, my 10th marathon that week - BIG fundraising event), it was a lot of stress that me and my friends could have done without. Fortunately, with the help of a couple of others, we managed to ferry everyone to the train station and relied upon our far more reliable national rail network to get us to Grenwich with about 20 minutes to spare before the start. 4 months of training for most, a lot of fundraising and the whole thing nearly ruined because of poor communication. If it ended there I would have been giving the review 2 stars, but alas the customer service when dealing with a failed booking and refund is almost as poor as the drivers skills with a mobie phone and wheel brace. Several calls from ME, and I finally got through to someone who offered an apology and a full refund. Well, at the very least I would expect this. As for the full written apology I was promised (forget about compensation), well, I've about as much chance of that as the coach turning up.

Superb , very friendly driver, happy to wait (when sadly two of our lads got lost!) and the whole day was a huge success - would definatley book with again. Easy to book, and the driver called in advance to make sure all was ok for the day. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 5* service and transport. Many thanks.
