Good customer service experience.

I needed to cancel my session due to a medical problem and Dan was incredibly helpful and very quick in his response. I really appreciate when customer service is as good as this!

Has a family emergency pop up last minute so had to cancel our booking for the evening. Pete sorted out my cancellation and refunded the money to my account for a reschedule which is great! Very good and efficient service and we enjoy the facilities too!

The staff at pirate are amazing, I’ve been using their facilities since 2017 and every single person I’ve spoken to regardless of role/responsibility has been fantastic. The way the business runs is so efficient, and incredibly easy to book studio time, replace damaged equipment, and get help in general. I try to have all of my band rehearsals at pirate as the gear is great quality as far as rehearsal rooms go, and the price is amazing! I’ve been teaching drum lessons in pirate since 2017 too, and they’ve been incredibly supportive in helping me pursue my career. Thanks everyone!

Needed to cancel. Had a bit of trouble at home. Dan refunded me immediately after a brief explanation of circumstances. Great service!

Really fast customer service

I had issues during my session, I originally thought it was to do with equipment but a FANTASTIC memeber of Pirate by the name of Fred helped me through all my issues. I was so frustraed but he made sure I was calm and resolved my issues. Definitely made my experience one of a kind. Thanks Fred!

I have used Pirate studios in Sheffield, Birmingham and elsewhere, they are super responsive and helpful and I really recommend them - so much fun for the price is hard to find!
