United Kingdom | 25 June 2021The response from PIRATE.COM is very quick! My assistant Nic, got straight to the point and solved my issue within 4 mins. My only issue is the user experience on mobile devices is difficult to use. I had to jump on my desktop to speak to advisors on the live chat service because they don't offer customer service over the phone. It would be useful to have assistance via the phone to avoid time consumption. They have this option but only for an emergency or if you're in the studio.

Had an issue with some dodgy cables and within a few minutes of calling an agent I was able to grab a spare cable to continue my session with no interruptions. This was my second visit to a Pirate studio but my first to Greenwich and it certainly won't be the last. Really good facilities and equipment to choose from.
