United Kingdom | 14 January 2025My main complaint was that I had to have a Dr’s note to confirm that I was ill.I would not have bothered a Dr as I knew it was a virus that would run its course without medical intervention . So despite feeling ill I had to go physically to the surgery to get confirmation . Taking up my time and a busy Dr’s.I feel that having paid a fee of £18 to protect these tickets I should have been trusted to say that I was too ill to attend without seeking A Dr’s confirmation. United States | 14 January 2025Process was to fill out application was okay. The problems started when they tried to give updates. At 3 am I get an email saying that it's approved then I get an email saying it was a system error. An hour later I get another email saying it's been approved? Idk if this one's actually legit or not. Finally I get an actual email saying the amount i was getting back and they mentioned the error. It was back and forth and very frustrating. Please fix the problem.
