We were so disappointed that we couldn't visit the Edinburgh Playhouse for a show (travelling from Liverpool), due to my dear wife having a fall. I contacted ATG Tickets who confirmed that I had purchased insurance for under £10 at the time of booking - I contacted the insurance company & filled in & submitted the short form on 07th Dec & received the full tickets refund on the 10th Dec which is extremely impressive. Very worthwhile product and service

I thought I was going to face a battle to get a refund on my tickets as you hear so many stories about insurance policies being difficult to navigate. I was so wrong!
