Absolutely disgusting. Lost hundreds of pounds.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2024I contacted the booking people the day after we couldn't travel due to illness. I submitted a note from my doctor informing of the reason for our cancellation. I had the money returned to my bank account within two weeks which I think is very good service. Thoroughly recommend taking out the insurance option when booking. It means that we can rebook when fit enough again to travel.

There is no option or alternative, seems like a oversight in the programming.
