A business bank with a personal touch. I have been so impressed with Allica. I tried to initially open a Natwest Business account as they are on our high street. They would not accept an appointment in person and offered me a virtual appointment in 3 weeks!! I told them that was too long and they never replied. I went to Allica and everything was immediate. Literally every contact / update was in 24 hour periods. My contact throughout remained the same and even when I had to go to customer services the same person followed up. A very straightforward process and easy to use bank account. Thanks in particular to Matt Ellis and James Francis!

Very poor. Account took about 5 days to open in an age where disruptor banks can open in real time/minutes. Once it was finally opened, an IT issue meant new account holders couldn't log in. This may well be a bank I transfer to, but not yet - they're not ready.

The process of opening the account took longer than I had expected, but communication was very good. Matt Ellis was our named person to talk to, and it was good to have that continuity. All communications with Matt were very efficient, with clear instruction on the next step. The account is now open, the app is straightforward to use, so very happy with everything.
