seems impossible to get problems with your connection fixed - they close tickets without talking to you, it takes days and days to get faults looked at even though theyare obvious when your customer is an electronics engineer and a computer expert.

Very poor - been trying to sort an installation date for a while - sent proof of ducting etc - no urgency, no one rings you back. You need to constantly call them to find out what's going on. Phoned them at least 5 times in the past month. Very frustrating - just want my internet to go live! UPDATE - still no one has rung me back - apparently my builder said a survey team came out on Friday and everything was good to go, but Airband don't have any records or notes of the survey so can't tell me anything. Every call I'm either told it will be escalated and someone will ring me, which never happens, or they have no further information. How difficult is it to arrange installation dates, been weeks now.

A simple and easy phone call was all that was needed to order the system. the information was explained clearly by the Airband consultant George. We look forward to the provision of Broadband to our Parish Hall.

I have been trying to get air band to install since Feb, communication has been poor all along and despite our neighbours having a connection it appears the cable may not make it the extra couple of meters to us. the only help we have really had is from Jane in sales who has now rearranged for another site visit to look at our options again and had also tried of offer us a better deal. thank you Jane for being the only person who has called back and tried to help.

Great communications from Airband, throughout my contract, each month before billing and a nice early heads up when my contract was ending, with options for moving forward. Emma Underhill Of Airband, made contact with new contract pricing options, and responded to my request for the slower speed pricing. This gave me the full picture to make my choice, which was so easy to do by just replying to the email from Emma! So straight forward! Well done Airband.

What an easy company to deal with, you get to speak to humans (in England as well) which is such a bonus now adays. Sarah Aybey from the residential team is very helpful, so quick to respond, just fantastic. Been dealing with airband since December since 2013, a few issues in the first year but they sorted it. Wouldn't change to another provider

Service and installation were both excellent, I am really pleased with the experience from start to finish. The engineers James M and Chris T went out of their way to accommodate the installation around my family commitments which made a real difference. Their advice and expertise was also of a very high standard. Thank you.

Great job, thank you! Alex & Jimmy were my installation engineers today. They let me know in advance what time they would be arriving, which is always a nice touch. They were efficient and tidy with the installation and friendly and courteous too.

It has been 8 months since Airband said they are happy to accept me as a new customer and would look at getting me connected in the next few weeks. What a joke! It's clear that Airband will say whatever you want to hear to draw in new customers but it's all empty promises and they will send you laughable email updates every month or so telling you they're "still working on getting you connected". I have lost significant amounts of money in out of contract up-charges from my current provider because they strung me along for months making me think my connection was just around the corner. Don't waste your time and stick with a provider that already has a connection they can use.

What a very sad experience and still going on despite daily phone calls to Air Band Customer Service Team. I'm in the Service Industry myself, but if you promise a customer something- then you follow through or at least communicate there's a problem having cancelled the original supplier and also increase my monthly cost from the origin supplier. I have x2 business running from home and rely heavily on the internet. If I'm promised fitment of the Fibre connection within 7 days because the connection is outside our house and live why am i still waiting 8 days later, numerous phone calls and emails from me to get it sorted and not receiving calls back from the Service Team who tell me I'll get a call back today- nothing! Having expressed I'm loosing thousands per day through there broken promises, no connection because they've since found they need permission from BT and Nation Grid to use there poles, nothing can get a straight answer, a phone call or email back or the promised connection I'm waiting for!! All i want is what was promised and what they gave me verbal conformation to and an explanation to why this has been allowed to happen.

The 2 lads that came out to our house were fantastic but couldn't install same day as weather and light was against them he was here for over 8 hours and came back the next day to finish up extremely professional and polite happy service so far 😊
