Placed an order for Airband in early January - including providing direct debit details. Over a month later have had zero communication from them about installation. I assume that they are unable to fulfil the order - but some communication would be good!

We have had Airband since spring 2022 and from it first being installed we have been really pleased. Especially considering how rural we are. We have just renewed with Sarah today.

They couldn't connect me to satellite broadband, no signal, oh well! Have gone to a company that uses part fiber

Having had all manner of issues with BT and their rubbish broadband service, we finally took the plunge and switched to Airband. Result?? End of problems!! Their service gives us everything we wanted and needed with no issues and reliability which we didnt have before, even in a totally rural area like ours. Amazing!! Sarah Aybey arranged for our renewal, and we didnt hesitate for a moment. First class service, with no issues on the broadband. Whats not to like!! Thanks Airband.

I had a system installed 6 moths ago I was fed up with BT BB going off line etc. Performance of airband had been superb cant fault it My son is an avid gamed and needs vg wifi and airband has been very good for him Have now installed a second airband in another property again with vg results plus quick responses to any queries - thank you Sarah I am now cancelling BT at £45pm compared with airband £27 no contest

The guys were very patient in negotiating the surrounding trees and placed the router perfectly for our use. Really nice guys . Have no problem giving you 10/10 for service and will switch my home broadband as soon as I can get out of my Vodafone contract which is ****.

I have been negotiating Airband for a while as this installation is in a newly (Begining of 2024) Community Hub. I know that you fitted free for 24 months at a neighbouring Community hall but Airband refused to do so for us? Is it because we are a C of E Church? Then I negotiated 6 months free but by the time I had got the monies in place to give the go ahead the price had gone up!!!!

Excellent customer service today from Donna Bond explaining which products were on offer and i was happy to take a new 18 month contract with Airband who have given us great service over the last few years.

Elected to have new Airband 150 package on 05/02/25 and still not received an email indicating the contract active some 8 days later - more than the 5 days stated on the email. Contacted Airband Helpline on 12/02/25 who stated that my new package should become active on 12/02/25…..and they would chase it up. I am still not receiving the increased speed on 13/02/25.

unfortunately, due to my property being surrounded by tall trees & hills, i was ultimately unable to recieve airband…so i can’t comment on quality of the service…but the 2 engineers who came out to survey & install were very friendly, helpful and tried for around an hour to make it happen for me, so i just wanted to give them credit for that…thanks for trying guys.
