United Kingdom | 23 October 2024Spoke to Donna Bond to renew by Airband for another 18 mths. We always had a rubbish signal where we live but since going to Airband the improvement has been great. Also the customer service is pretty good, they get back to me in a reasonable time and always deal with the enquiry plus a follow up to check all still ok. I would definitely recommend Airband.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024Getting to the stage now where my connection drops out so much - I email support to raise an incident ticket then 10minutes later my connection magically comes back. Evidently I'm having to ask someone at the other end to connect me up every day. What is going on? Is there a room full of staff turning peoples houses on and off the wifi on a connection board? Getting beyond a joke. I've been a new customer for 2 months and had nothing but issues. I live in a remote area but only 2 mile from the nearest town! There's been 4 incident logs and over the course of 5 weeks not had the offer of a service engineer to come out despite asking. Service wasn't resumed in 4 working days, they didn't come out or contact me. Just a bunch of automated messages. I have been without wifi 60% of the time during this period. I then got offered a service engineer appointment after all this time and I couldn't reply to confirm to that service either as it said message undeliverable !!! You couldn't make it up. Eventually rang them for the 5th time and managed to book the appointment. Now the fitting of the dish and cabling is either so poor from the get-go or the service is a bit of a scam. So far the product hasn't been fulfilled in the early stages of my contract so this is last chance saloon before I exercise my rights via consumer rights act 2015. Massively massively disappointed for a company who talk it large about rural service just seems a bit of a white lie. I wanted to believe it was going to be good but to have all of this so early on is ridiculous in this day and age. I will see what the 'service engineer' says tomorrow but not feeling confident in this company at all.
