United Kingdom | 24 October 2024Just made a phone call to Airband to request an update regarding an intermittence outage in my post code. To be told there isn’t a problem! Then to be told it’s only me then on further questioning there are 26 other people affected. Lies lies and more lies. This problem is ever since improvements carried out on the 11th. It’s now the 24th. They have know there is a problem I have the message to prove it as they texted to tell me we know there is a problem in the area. In the middle of work this morning (I work from home) and I was cut off. Why do airband consistently deny they have a problem. Seriously thinking of moving over to STARLINK. One neighbour already has and it seems to be working in minutes of self setting up and very very good speeds! Airband you don’t seem to have the infrastructure or the capacity to provide a good service! Plus the call handler treats me as if I am an idiot thinking that they can get away with saying there isn’t a problem in the area! So disappointing and so irritating. I am now told by the same call handler there is a problem and it’s being monitored and I will be advised when they have an update. But I can’t even be told when I will get the update or when the problem is resolved instead you continue to take payment?

It is great that they do a survey first so they can be sure that you will get a good signal. The installation was very quick and easy, Bob did a great job and explained everything clearly. I've now got speeds of around 150 - previously I was struggling to get 15, and that cost more!! Thank you, I highly recommend Airband.

United Kingdom | 24 October 2024A seamless call to commit to Airband but then when it comes to actually connecting you to the wireless service there is slow communication and the dates are way outside those described in the sales pitch. We have been sent this request to review from Airband and it is still weeks before we are going to go live. So far a pretty poor experience.
