Mixed opinion. Installation was very smooth. Speed good but not as fast as advertised. Range in house is really poor. Needs wifi extender but the mesh system that all reviews say is easy to set up is not with airband. Currently waiting for a call for some advice.

Finally after 4 attempts Airband have delivered the service I ordered in 2023. The last installation engineer Sean Budd was excellent, he completed the work to a high standard in the timeframe allowed. The service is operating at the expected speeds, so all good at long last.

Signed up in August... Told install plan may take three weeks... Heard nothing... Chased on 6 November... Automated 'you're important' response... I've decided to cancel today (27 November), as other than automated responses... Heard nothing from anyone... Edit: as of 30/11/2024, nothing heard from Airband other than the same automated text... Just signed up to Sky instead

Don't do it broken promises and lies .they our now pulling out of rural areas with out finishing work

Airband took a long time to get an engineer/surveyor to come out to us. But once here Alex was great. Polite and helpful, listened to what we required and was tidy and quick in setting everything up.

Had a call from Sarah Aybey today. Discovered my email address was incomplete which Sarah immediately corrected and sent me an email re renewal within a minute! I called to renew and luckily spoke to Sarah again and renewable was promptly completed. Sarah was courteous and friendly throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending your service to others. Thank you Sarah.

Yet another unsolicited mailing. Fourth since requesting unsubscribing!!! In spite of numerous requests to delete my address from their database for junk mailing they continue to send this to me. I have sent messages through the website and the press email. Stating I would give a negative Trustpilot review. For this reason they already know why I have written this review.

A really friendly and helpful company with a great product for rural area's. From a non existent speed to 300 mbps it has transformed our life with no more buffering and quick downloads. your advisor Emma Underhill dealt with my response in quick and positive way and I am more than happy to renew my contract.

Easy to understand packages, costs and payments. No hidden fees and upon speaking with customer services, the staff email back really quickly and answer everything I need to know. Emma Underhill offered us packages which were affordable for us. Really pleased.

We are very happy with Airband. They kept us informed by text and email re arrival date and time. They arrived on time, installed the product quickly and professionally and checked everything. They then showed us how to use product. They guys were friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend.

The installation was very good and the engineer was very. After sales is not so good waiting nearly a week for the tech team to contact us about smart plugs as they do not work Ona 5Ghz router.
