Our Airband WiFi has not been working since Friday night/Saturday. Its obviously a difficult time but the only feedback I've had wS to tell me it was fixed yesterday but it wasn't. Got through to a person today, they said turn it off then on, which we had already done, and eventually went on to say that not everyone in the postcode had been fixed. Feedback and a speedier fix would be appreciated. BT was not affected here.

We have been without internet connection due to the recent storm but today Josh guided us through the reconnection process with patience and expertise which has resulted in us being reconnected. I’ve been an airband customer for 1year now and service has been fantastic. We experienced some minor outage during storm Darragh but who didn’t! Called the day after the storm to upgrade as I’ve been so pleased.

Customer service to report no Internet not the best, near on impossible to speak to anyone and then took 2 weeks for them to arrange an engineer to come and see the problem so definitely less than 1 star...... but their engineer Alex was absolutely brilliant and got us up and sorted very quickly once he arrived so 5 stars to the engineer!!

I have been Interested in upgrading my package and the process to upgrade was smooth - not least because of the friendly, helpful input from Jane. Awaiting to see the final outcome but I am optimistic.
