Its obviously a difficult time but the only feedback I've had wS to tell me it was fixed yesterday but it wasn't. Got through to a person today, they said turn it off then on, which we had already done, and eventually went on to say that not everyone in the postcode had been fixed. Feedback and a speedier fix would be appreciated. BT was not affected here.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2024Customer service to report no Internet not the best, near on impossible to speak to anyone and then took 2 weeks for them to arrange an engineer to come and see the problem so definitely less than 1 star...... but their engineer Alex was absolutely brilliant and got us up and sorted very quickly once he arrived so 5 stars to the engineer!!
