Ordering was easy once I spoke to my neighbour who's just gone with Airband. He's still not connected yet?. I will need to speak to the surveyor when they come to clarify some things. I am not a computer expert so will need some guidance on installation. There are some instructions on the Airband Emails but it looks too complicated for me.

There has been no meaningful communication since ordering the connection. I have no idea where we are, or even if the system can be installed in the correct location.

Great communication on my installation date, what to expect on the day and even a text to let me know the engineer was on his way. Very friendly and professional engineer did the installation. Explained what he was needing to do and accommodated my requests on position etc. Left everything clean and tidy once finished and took the time to explain how everything works re the router etc

Having recently had Airband installed and giving a 5 star review for the installation, 3 weeks on I have a problem. No connection. Despite saying online service 24/7 no agents available for chat and not easy to find a contact number. I hope someone picks this up and calls me on 07885 419347 EX11 1LE - no outage posted on website.

Ordered wifi direct from airband, after not hearing anything from them I sent email asking for update, received a call informing my due to a error on their side we needed to set up DD again, after going through the deal I notice they left out the voice opinion at £8 a month extra, I questioned this and was told that was not vailable but he would find out and phone me back, still waiting for call, I sent them 3 more e mail and all I get back is a query Number telling me they are looking into my query, obviously they are not looking for new customers

Placed our order well over a week ago. Received an automated email informing us of ‘issues’ and a 3-week delay (even though network engineers had just completed all the necessary installations to connect a neighbour). Disinterested customer services & a complaint just elicited further auto response emails. Nothing of substance so far & no confidence that there will be. Just poor, Will likely just cancel the order. Update (22/11/24). Finally received a response from the complaints team. The usual generic info re: the order currently being with the Build Team and awaiting a survey. As indicated in other 1* reviews, no timeframe was given for this and we'll just have to wait until the survey has been completed (whenever that might be) before we receive any further information. I'd cancel, but my wife wants to keep the order open for now as BT's speeds are dire and Openreach can't (won't) tell us when we'll get full fibre. 25/11/24. Re: Airband response. We're going in circles here. It shouldn't be beyond a company to provide a reasonably accurate timeframe for when a survey will be completed. It concerns me that this may be the approach in the event of a fault, if and when we're up and running. The following line was in the email confirming our order, "We have identified some issues we need to resolve before the engineer completes the install". Airband have not indicated what these 'issues' are, or how long they'll take to resolve. If there are issues, I'd expect to be advised what they are. All we're seeing is delay and obfuscation and it's just not acceptable.

I registered my interested with Airband a year or so ago, but ended up going with another provider after hearing Airband wasn’t that great in my area. Since then I have been bombarded with emails and texts about their special offers. I have asked them countless times not to contact me again and to remove my details from their records, but they continue to hound me on a regular basis. Leave me alone!

Renewal of my contract was straightforward and simple with details set out for me to pick my best option. Sarah Aybey who handled all this was very helpful and efficient. My experience of Airband after a year is good. Have had some past issues with 'Spamhaus' blocking me sending emails, but hopefully this is all now behind me!!

Sean our installer arrived on time to do our install, kept us informed on what had to be done and agreed with us the route of the cable. He made a good job and left us all working after explaining how the new router works.

Service from Airband has sadly dropped off and in our area SY8 2HU is intermittent. In addition they are difficult to contact - except for their regular ‘ we are working on it’ messages.

We had our Airband installation today. We were notified of the engineers arrival time. On time the engineer Jack Johnson arrived and discussed with us the best way to wire our house. Once agreed he installed the wiring and kit in a very professional and efficient manner. He kept us informed at each stage. Unlike a previous company we felt in control and ended with the installation we wanted. We are very pleased and would certainly recommend.
