After having a webchat and researching thoroughly, I signed up for a full fibre broadband deal only to be informed, just a few days later, that the network was not built and the contract was cancelled. All indications on the Airband website and webchat were that the fibre connection would be made to my property.

Jack Johnson came today to install and has done a very neat and tidy job, explained everything, answered all my questions and showed me how to do a speed test - which is showing excellent results and a huge improvement on what I had before! Definitely recommend.

One person from customer service makes an offer for renewal who is not supposed to make (apparently) and other customer care team have no clue what's going on. Keeps passing me to different agents almost all departments who then promises that someone is looking into this and will call me back and nothing happens after that. Had to chase up multiple times and still no clue who is doing what and who is in charge of the situation. Worst customer services I have ever come across!!
