The installation was excellent and Anthony was so helpful. The downside was that it took a month from placing the order to the installation with calls not answered and a postponed visit.

Jack Johnson attended my property today (12.11.24). He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was very tidy and cleaned up as he proceeded the Full Fibre installation. I also would like to complement the team that laid the cable from the pavement to the property. They were led by Dean C assisted by Tom W and Tom K.

Very friendly and efficient service from all personnel. Our property is inaccessible when we are not at home so a bit more communication about the survey and subsequent visit by the solutions team would have been better but we're delighted with the outcome.

After continued poor connection and a ridiculous bill each month, I decided to leave BT and moved to Airband. After 24hrs I can say the improvement is staggering. My connection speeds are head and shoulders above what BT provided, and I do not regret my decision one bit. Instillation was super speedy and Jack Johnson was brilliant. He was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He was clean and tidy and left the area spotless - you'd never have known he'd just put a drill through the external wall! Thank you Jack Johnson and thank you Airband. From one happy customer!

Excellent service tidy install a very happy customer

I left a note on the door to call me when access into the house was required as I was only minutes away at work. The engineer did what he could before needing to get into the house so I didn’t have to wait around. I felt everything was structured and done neatly. Great job!

Was worried about the company for years and put off switching due to all the negative reviews. Finally signed up and everything has been great so far. Signed up on Sunday and fully installed and working the following Saturday.

We signed up with this company when it began providing high speed broadband to the village which is 4-5 years ago. To date never had a problem. Not the cheapest but speed wise outperforms its competitors by a mile. You get what you pay for I guess!

Couldnt believe how easy the process was to swap, really quick. Great engineers for the installation. Not to mention better value than my previous supplier and a better wifi signal - win win!

Internet works very well, Jon Parkes was super helpful whenever I had any questions. We have a 50mbps internet package and were able to move our BT landline phone to UniFi Talk VoIP and this has saved us some money too, which is good.
