I bought a polytunnel from direct plants. Karina said they will supply me with an offer with all cropbars included in the price. The package arrived without cropbars. Even worse I paid for one cropbars which Karina said will refund. I have contacted them many times no response. Recent update: Direct Plant got in touch and resolved my issue. Thanks Karina, I have received the cropbars now.

I have bought many plants from Directplants. The latest is 5x Thuga trees. Every plant, tree I have bought is in top top condition. Ready to be planted. Well watered for the journey and very healthy. I cannot find the words to praise the service and products from Direct plants highly enough.

Recently ordered 40 2.5ft laurel plants to create a hedge boundary. The plants arrived in superb condition and we were extremely pleased with the price and customer service. Would highly recommend and order from Direct Plants again

Absolutely dreadful. The plant shown and sold is completely different. The size, colour and shape was not as advertised. They wouldn't offer a refund as there was no damages during transit which isn't along ACCC guidelines. I strongly don't recommend purchasing at this shop and I will never shop here again.

I have been buying plants online for a number of years but only discovered direct plants over lockdown. Everything arrives beautiful & healthy, ready to plant in my garden. Packed with care and delivery is always spot on. I had one issue with something which honestly was down to my care of the product. I emailed and was given great advice that saved my little bush…which is now a big ol bush.

Can’t recommend this company enough. My polytunnel was destroyed but the storms and I was so worried about my plants being left out in the open. I needed something quickly and after dropping an email I got a reply almost instantly. After providing a few measurements the order was placed. Zero hassle and within a few days my new tunnel arrived. Excellent swift service. I’m now planning on ordering some plants for the summer.

I recently ordered 20 Leylandii Hedging (Cupressocyparis Leylandii). The package was delivered in the perfect condition. The delivery is faster than expected. The trees are in the exceptional heathy state within the specified height.

First time of ordering Was really happy with the quality and size of the shrub I ordered in comparison with our local garden centre I am telling my neighbours When something is as good as this company they deserve to be reccomended

I wanted a tall Victoria plum on a julian a rootstock to ensure height and Direct Plants had exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the tree and it was delivered five days later. It is a good specimen, healthy,with a strong root system (I bought potted, not bare root). I had shopped around and the price was a very reasonable one! And the delivery was only a couple of quid. So it was a bargain price.

Can definitely recommend - really helped me out when my polytunnel was flattened by Storm Eunice by getting replacement parts quickly out for me so I could get it back in action. Always quick to respond to, which is very much appreciated and not always a given. Thanks very much!

A bit apprehensive about ordering again from an online plant supplier as I’ve been really disappointed with others in the past but so glad I put my trust in Direct Plants. My order arrived very well packed and looking really healthy. I can strongly recommend Direct Plants if you want to get your garden off to a good start.

The delivery took only a couple of days between ordering , my plants arrived very fresh and well packed. Direct Plants are a very, very good company who are reliable, provide excellent products and have amazing customer service. I had an issue that was completely my fault and they sorted it out for me straight away. Their communication was instant, professional and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

very poor quality plants.

My experience buying online plants has been very, very patchy to disappointing, but this company had an unusual sumac which sounded good for size and price, so I risked it (adding another two plants that took my fancy). Superlatives all round! Arrived today, early, 3 large, healthy, lovely shrubs, quite unlike the other things I've tried, including from one enormous retailer, who must be nameless of course, advertising express service, which was in every way appalling. This will be my go-to company now.

OMG, can't recommend DirectPlants enough! They sent me a monster plant in superb health with very fast delivery. I could not be more happy! Well done DirectPlants! My first order with them was for a Phormium, so had reservations about the quality as I had never used them before and the price was very competitive. How wrong was I to have reservations!

I had difficulty adding voucher codes to my order and contacted Direct Plants for help. The Customer Service was outstanding, not only did they process my order for me adding in the vouchers, but also added an extra plant to my order by way of an apology.
