I ordered two honeysuckle plants and one jasmine at the beginning of July. All three plants were received in great condition and are growing abundantly. I couldn't be happier with them and will definitely use this company again.

Lovely healthy plants and very well packed

I have today deleted the terrible review I left a week ago,I am always first to admit my mistakes , the Appletree I purchased grew leaves then shed every one of them, however now!! low and behold it has started new buds , so there is still life it so won't be continuing my claim for payment. This is not to say their customer service gets off scot-free, It's abysmal I still will not be using this business ever again. I've not told them about this as they wouldn't respond anyway.

Had a bit of a disaster with our order (nobody's fault) and Directplants really stepped up and sorted it out. Would have no qualms about using this company again.

I placed an order with Directplants.co.uk last year for 2 large evergreen magnolia shrubs. A couple of months after planting them, one of them started to look worse for wear. I contacted the company and explained what was happening. They gave me some good advice and it fixed the problem. (I hadn't planted it in ericaceous compost - my bad!) A year later when they had both flowered, I discovered they were both the same colour (cream) and I had ordered a pink and a cream Magnolia. I contacted the company and couldn't have had better customer service. (It turns out it wasn't their fault as they buy them in small, grow them on, and then they sell them.) I was offered a replacement free of charge, without hesitation. I have just taken delivery of that replacement and it is a very healthy-looking specimen, and I am very happy with it. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Direct Plants, so if you're looking for some shrubs or plants, check them out.

I received a Sorbus Pink Pagoda mountain ash tree today and I’m really impressed with it, especially for the price I paid. Excellent value for money. I ordered it on Saturday and received it on Wednesday. The tree was well packaged and is about 6 foot with plenty of leaves and even some berries on it. I’d definitely order from them again.

Received my Agapanthus plant today, very well packed, beautiful plant already with 3 flower buds. I highly recommend this supplier

purchased a walnut tree, despite looking in very good condition it inexplicably didn't sprout plants direct replaced it with a beautiful specimen in full leaf will definitely buy my next tree or shrub from them

Had the worst experience with Gardening Express where I received very poor/dead plants, could not get any response from customer service and might as well have thrown money down the drain! Thought I’d try this company via Amazon since there was a comeback there if need be. Have to say the plants were very well packed, a very good height, and in very healthy condition ! What a difference between these two companies - chalk and cheese! Will certainly bring buying again and recommend to friends and anyone reading this review!

I emailed the Company director to advise on delivery as my birthday fell on 17th June and asked if I should delay the delivery to 21st she obviously didn't read the email I sent her ,as it happens just got a txt from DHL to say it being delivered today between 14.50 15.50 therefore thanks Direct Plants NO Direct communication whatsoever POOR Customer Service And spoiled my Birthday Thanks Again !!!!!!

I ordered two of the 3-pack of shrubs together with a further shrub whose name I cannot "spell" and I was absolutely delighted with the quality and strength of the plants. Forget every other online provider, Directplants are the BEST

I ordered 5 plants for my garden. Four of them came at the minimum size described and one of was even smaller! Fortunately after a few back and forwards I got a an extra plant free of charge but still small. Not good value for money.

My first Directplants order of a 4-5ft Ceanothus shrub was delivered yesterday, within just a few days of ordering. Packaged extremely carefully, ensuring the tall shrub was well supported and totally undamaged in transit. Unlike most online plant suppliers' false claims, this shrub was actually the height promised (almost 5ft) and in superb condition, some buds already about to bloom. Really impressed with this company and already shopping for more from them.
