Placed an order 3 weeks ago, have been chasing it up for the last week. I have been told it was delivered, despite me having proof that it wasn’t. There is no way of telephoning - only an email address is given and responses are very slow. Update - They have now accepted that my order wasn’t delivered and I have been given an option of a refund. I will update on how long this takes. Update - 3 weeks later, refund not received, had to request a charge back with my credit card company Update - as requested by Direct Plants, here is an update. I did not send emails from different addresses, that is a lie. I didn’t threaten you with a bad review - that is also a lie. All I have done is tell the truth, if that truth means the review is bad - that’s down to you. You say the delivery was signed for ‘fraudulently’, I asked you for proof of ‘delivery’, you didn’t provide it. Yes you did offer a refund but I never received it, despite chasing several times. You didn’t refund me, that is another lie - I had to request a charge back from my credit card company. They refunded me due to the fact I paid for something that I never received. So there you have it - my TRUTHFUL update.

First time using Directplants.co.uk Order 2 x 10 shrub packs. Good variety, healthy plants, well packed, despatched quickly, tracked and arrived when they said they would. Happy.

Fed up with online garden sites showing beautiful mature plants and you end up receiving a twig. So it was a great pleasure to receive my hydrangea as described by this seller. Delighted with my buy. Placed an order Friday evening and took delivery Tuesday evening of my flowering cherry tree, magnolia tree and bottle brush shrub. The items were superbly packaged and had received a good watering prior to dispatch. All items are in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchases and I’ll be back for more lovely offerings.

Young blossom tree arrived very fast and was as described,healthy and strong.Disappointed at the lack of branches near the top of the trunk but buds look good. Not one bud damaged so well packed.

Great site with some truely unique products. Delivery was really quick and plants were really well packaged and in great condition. It's always a worry when ordering plants online but these were great and 1/2 the price of DIY stores. Bought my Mum some Xmas presents too!

I recently received my 4/5ft Ceanothus plant from Direct Plants. It is beautiful,and was so well packed, not one single leaf had fallen off in transit,which was also excellent. I moved to Kings Lynn three months ago, and set about trying to find a good garden nursery, and came across Direct Plants, I found their Web-Site easy to navigate, and liked the variations in their products. Having made a list of what I wanted, I contacted the company via email and got a quick response from Karina who answered my questions, and so I went ahead with my large purchase, which arrived two days later in a large wooded grate safely, I will be using this company again, and recommend them to anyone wishing to plant a new garden, or anyone wishing to add more variety, or colour. Looked at several places for a nice sized and reasonably priced acer for a Father’s Day gift. In the end I came across this company, and as it was based a long way away from my home, I was a little sceptical what condition it would turn up in, how it would be packaged etc...... I took the gamble and ordered 1 for my Dad and I liked the look of it so much I ordered myself one. They turned up today, lovely sized plants, well packaged, no damage, pots still damp, so basically in a condition you would pick them straight off the shelves. Really good website, easy to use. I had a nice little discount when I went back to my online basket, while I had been considering what to buy over a couple of days, which was lovely. Fantastic company, great service, even durring these trying times... 11 days inc weekends was all i had to wait for my stunning little acer tree. Will be buying more again today.
