Very friendly staff. However the cons are the wait time and the blinds impact on stair area. So a little more thought with placement would have helped. I myslef did not realise the impact of positioning. I did not have the experience. Loved the colour and shading.

Fantastic - easy to deal with from Sales to installation.

The sale person was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. The following up was absolutely terrible. Did not show up, did not stick to agreed times, did not communicate. Booking the installation was another very bad experience. Changes are made to arrangements without communicating with the customer. Not acceptable! But then the finished product was very good and I am very happy with that. I am confused as to whether or not I would use them again.

No complaints. Product is of a high quality

The sales consultant was helpful and I was glad they still had the same color we put in our house fifteen years ago. The installers were neat.but didn't demonstrate the product. I would recommend Victory Blinds to anyone.

Service was exceptional from A-Z!!

Very efficient service from a first quote to installation. No fuzz at all . What was requested was delivered and install within the time frame that was quoted. I didn’t have to ring or email for a follow up .
