Very happy with my blinds, it took awhile but it was worth it. They are top quality being Australian made, much better than the cheap imported old ones I had installed years ago from another supplier. Victory cost a little more but as they say, you only get what you pay for in life! My rep was Richard, and he explained options for my blinds which would work better for my windows, I had never thought of, taking the time to explain everything in great detail. The installer was also very professional and also removed my old blinds for me without any fuss. Highly recommend victory, their staff and products.

Victory Blinds installed the wrong size blind in our house and now won't return any of my calls or emails. Their customer service is appalling. I would strongly suggest not using Victory blinds

It has been one year since I ordered blinds and I still don’t have them all installed. One that is installed does not fit. No communication in over three months, multiple requests for an update go unanswered. I will now need to take legal action to get a refund on items not delivered.

What can I say? Nothing positive! Measured, would not fit, remeasured, would not fit, remeasured for a third time would not fit. Finally installed and still did not fit, short and and not fit for purpose, the whole exercise took over four (4) months and devoid of service! We finally gave up and cut our losses - dealing with Victory was quite the worst renovation service we have ever experienced in more than 10 homes over 50 years!

Whilst I was very happy with the initial call and curtains made, the follow-up on a defective curtain has gone unanswered. I have sent emails and called a number of times and have never gotten a response. No ability to write reviews on google business page, nor able to post on social media regarding this company. Now filing a complaint with consumer affairs.

Only because after the wonderful service I received from them, my husband's job got transferred interstate, and we had to rent out our property, just after we got the new blinds quoted for it. I want to commend Richard though, who I had let down on several appointments we had made, due to me being ill on both occasions. (Most reps would have given up on me but Richard was most understanding). 3rd time lucky, Richard went through all the options, was very well organised, polite, and had lovely samples with him to show me. The quote he gave me was very reasonable for the high quality they offered compared to other companies we had in to quote. Hopefully, when we move back to Melbourne, we will definitely be getting Victory to quote again. Highly recommend their service!

House full of plantation shutters, took ages , no communication on anything. Measured up double doors incorrect and left one door unacceptable and the other not done at all . Sent pictures and told re- doing doors , no answer to three texts and messages left . This company has no idea about customer communication and service!

She just knew everything about style and what’s on trend. I was so impressed with my first experience with Victory and Pennys service I then purchased 5 motorised blinds and 4 sets of luxurious bedroom sheers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Victory and decor consultant Penny.

From the first point of contact through to the completion of the installation, I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Victory. She worked under challenging lockdown restrictions and managed to coordinate timely fabric samples and images to assist with decision making. Really excellent service and the blinds look magnificent. Earlier this year, Penny Cotter from Victory Blinds attended for a consultation to discuss our living room window furnishings. We live in an apartment and had reached our limit with the existing Venetian blinds but didn't know what we wanted. Penny patiently explained the options and came with stacks of samples. Penny generously answered our many questions until we understood the mechanics of motorised blinds and how they work, and had decided on the trim and the direction of the roll and more. Selecting from the samples for blinds and sheer curtains was fun, and at no time did Penny 'hurry us up' or show any frustration as we made our way slowly through the process. Admittedly, phoning the office to get information was troublesome and the answering service was unreliable. The expense was a significant investment, and Penny gave us options on how to reduce costs. Months later, after a successful installation, we're so thrilled with the final result. Not a day goes by that we don't enjoy the look and freedom of choice in terms of light and privacy control. The window treatments look fantastic, they're everything we could possibly imagine and more. Thank you so much Penny!

We have had a positive experience with Victory Blinds during what has been a challenging time with ongoing lockdowns in Victoria. Penny our consultant provided good advice and quotes on multiple different types of window furnishings as we worked out what we wanted. We have so far had our bedroom roller blinds installed (and they look great!), and we are looking forward to the other window furnishings being installed when they are ready. We will be return customers to Victory Blinds in the future.

Amanda was very helpful in guiding us in the selection of our blinds for 2 large living room sliding doors. She was very thorough with explanations of the features of different blind types and in discussing the various colours, patterns and block out levels available. Victory had a great range of colours and patterns and we found one we really liked. We're very happy with the panel blinds that look great and are also easy to operate (even for our 6 and 8 year olds).

Amanda from Victory Blinds came to see me about my blinds and went through everything from the kinds of blinds that would suit my house to the installation process. I ended up going for a blockout blind colour that I wasn’t even considering due to her advice and I’m so glad I did. They look fantastic! Everything went really smoothly and both Amanda and the installation guys were lovely and helpful. I’m really happy with them and would use them again.
