Australia | 24 June 2021Horrible experience with Victory, it took 18 weeks (and $400 in extra costs) before they were ready to install the final blind. Would not recommend them. They were very helpful during the quoting and sales process but once my invoice was paid that evaporated. When they came to install my blinds the first time, two were the wrong size and two others were missing entirely. Five weeks and many phone calls/emails later (due to lack of contact on their part) they came and reinstalled the two incorrect blinds but advised me I would need to pay a further $400 for the missing blinds as the consultant missed them in the original quote. They would not budge on this price even though it was due to their error not mine, I had no choice but to agree if I wanted all blinds to match. In total it took 18 weeks from paying the first invoice for them to finally be ready with the last blind.

From the quote to the install you have been amazing. Continue to keep up your great standards. Will absolutely recommend you to anyone who is looking to do there own curtains and blinds.

Australia | 20 June 2021Terrible customer service this time. I will never use Victory again. All went smoothly with the installation on 19 May, except one blind was the wrong size and needed to be replaced. I was advised a replacement blind would be ready in approximately 2 weeks. I received a text saying this would happen on 11 June. I made 2 phone calls that day and no one came or called back. I have made numerous phone calls since as well as sending emails and I’m still waiting. If I ring all I get is a messaging service. The person takes no responsibility other than to say they will arrange for someone to call back. If I email, all I get is a reply saying the request has been forwarded to the relevant team, but still no contact. I missed a call from someone the other day as I was in a meeting. When I called back, I went through the same messaging service rigmarole and am still waiting to be called back. This included the person asking how I had heard about Victory blinds. How ridiculous to ask this when I’m trying to establish again why I have not been called back! It’s really not good enough. The company demanded full payment before installation, but has not done the job properly.

Australia | 17 June 2021Our experience with Victory Blinds has been great. We have used the same consultant (John) and same installers on two occasions (rental property and our home). John is always thorough, professional, and has extensive knowledge on the products he recommends. The installers were also professional, pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, due to the impacts of COVID our order was delayed however, Victory were incredibly helpful by offering installation of temporary blinds until our plantations arrived in Melbourne which allowed us to move into our new home without delay. Thank you:)

Australia | 26 May 2021I am reluctant to criticize an Australian company, as we need as many as we can get, but Victory Blinds have performed very badly. 1. The wide range of sheers that they offered in their show room, according to their installer are not all available, and we had to pick another one. Of course, the quoter may be lying! 2. We had arranged for the quoter to bring an example of the sheers we had chosen to our house – he did not bring any of them. 3. When installing the sheers, it was found that one had been cut to the wrong dimension, and one had been measured wrongly by the quoter. 4. The quoter had omitted one window on the quote & instructions. Despite all the inconvenience of their various mistakes they would only take a small amount of the price – they still wanted to make a profit from their error! 5. Everything was very slow, taking 4 months, but a month after the final ones were eventually installed, Victory rang to make a time to install the sheers!!

Australia | 24 May 2021Multiple attempts to contact to get a blind replaced in my home. After roughly 5+ calls I finally spoke with a customer service representative who was very polite on the phone. However, I still have not yet received the quote I requested and haven’t had any communication from them since. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Secondly installation delayed on three occasions and still insists payment before installation when date can still change ? Secondly threatens for delayed payment when I was not even invoiced. I am a customer for last 10+ years due to Fiona Michelson who is very professional. But this last experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. Be cautious when they ask for full payment before installation!

Australia | 23 December 2020This is my second bad experience with Victory Blinds. The first time a consultant came an appointment was made for 12pm. This person turned up an hour earlier and thought it was acceptable because her previous client cancelled. This time I have an appointment for February and last night (22 December) this consultant texts me at 8,00PM to confirm a booking 2 months away. Obviously they do not respect times frames or business hours but they wouldn't answer texts at that time of night.

Australia | 21 November 2020So disappointed in Victory Blinds, we have used them in the past and had no issues, but this time it has been a nightmare. It has taken from March to November to finally get my 5 blinds correctly installed. Of course COVID had an impact on time but it was one problem after another, wrong measurements, wrong Brackets,wrong way around, etc etc, and 5 visits from the installers to get it right. Never again.

Very annoyed and would struggle to use them again. My mother who I originally recommended them to had an equally disappointing experience. So poor she asked for her money back.

Had several companies quote, but Victory's Rod was brilliant - did everything COVID safely, gave us a perfect rundown of what the job would look like and suggested the best fabric and fittings. He was totally right, has changed the entire room. Installation was fast and efficient too, with no mess. Will now use Victory for bedrooms. Highly recommended

Looking back, they were not on the contract so we missed it when signing. Disappointed that the salesman didn't ask if we wanted them when doing the quote.

Living up to an advertised discount of 20% as per the Seniors Card book in SA was meet with excuses as why the product would not be discounted to this advertised amount. Under the reasoning that it had been applied already in the original quote. The original quote had zero mention of this supposed discount as at no time was a seniors card mentioned or requested to be taken into consideration during initial quote. A revised quote later after I requested the 20% be now applied suddenly had these extra discounted items added. Will not utilise Victory Blinds again and have advised of this to others.
