My decor/sales consultant was Adrian. After having obtained various quotes from other companies for my entire house, I choose to go ahead with Victory as I found him to be the most knowledgeable on the products, he spent the time to understand exactly what I was after, and where he believed an area of my house could look better, he offered alternative suggestions in line with my ideas and his expertise in design. Consultants from other companies failed to provide their input where I asked and did not come with an interior design background, which is why I choose to go ahead with Adrian. My products have not yet arrived, but I am very excited for them to be installed.

The blinds are fantastic,excellent product and service, after an initial hiccup the area Manager stepped in not only solved the problem, came up with a solution and gave us a discount as well. Very happy, installation was professional,prompt and communication was always great.Recommend them highly. Thank you Victory Blinds.

Initial service was good. But the follow up phone calls on measuring & fitting were slow. We had to contact Melissa before we were given measure up & fit out information. Brendan was very friendly & got the job done professionally.

Firstly I love my curtains, the fabric is lovely. The only issue I would like to point out is the person who comes around to measure up are a bit more careful as my curtains are too long and the material edge is sitting on the floor so creating wrinkles up the curtain and takes away from the perfect look. Absolutely delighted with the finished article! The total experience has been good from start to finish. A big shout out to the installer who did a terrific job.

Good quality, and it surprised me how quick the installation was, just a couple of hours for a three story townhouse. Not cheap, but quality is important too.

Disappointed. Replacement of sheer curtain was not as full as original curtain, and header was single layer - original curtain was supplied.

Great experience with Victory Blinds. The entire process from quote to installation was seamless and I’m delighted with the finished result. Excellent communication, quick installation and overall just very pleasant to deal with. While it can be really tricky for Companies to navigate in this current climate (due to covid-19) the team at Victory have done a great job of adapting to the restrictions while continuing to uphold a high level of professionalism. Would highly recommend!

extremely happy with the quality of the blinds, the sales girl that came out and the installer. The only issue I have is that the shutters were supposed to be delivered early June. IO had to ring and follow up mid July to find out where they were

although we had to wait 10 weeks for plantation shutters to be installed, it was worth the wait . Very pleased with the outcome.

Woeful experience with this company. I had 5 rooms fitted with blinds, 3 rooms had issues post installation. I called to advise of the issues ( blinds not retracting properly, blind wedged into cassette and cannot be fully opened (too much material on blind and bent damaged spindle installed) & one that makes a loud clicking noise intermittently.) I was advised that the fitter will visit to inspect. I took the day off work. No one turned up, no call to advise, completely unprofessional. I call to find out what's going on, the original sales agent sends an email saying the following 'the technician has said it is not an error on installation. I will need to come back to look.'. Turns up. Indeed the blinds are not suited for purpose & one set installed damaged (these are the same ones recommended by the same sales agent). More time off work & two more engineers call up on the wrong day and ask If I'm at home. Another day is booked for them to visit and they agree the blinds don't work and that I'll have to organise ANOTHER day off for engineers to fit the blinds correctly. Another two engineers turn up and fix two of the rooms. Still have one room with random clicking blind cassette, it didn't make noise while the engineers were there so they said they couldn't do anything. Later I record a video demonstrating the issue. Yet to hear back from the company. Poorly installed, cheap product masquerading as quality material. I've been hoodwinked by this mob. They only want your money and have no customer service or interest in fixing their terrible product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The customer service was difficult to navigate as I work long hours. I was given small notice of the arrival of the person hanging the blinds. I was already on my way to work so had to miss the appointment

The customer service in store and the quality of our curtains and blinds from Victory were fantastic. The only hiccup was the installation. Seemed to be a few lapses in communication between the people installing our blinds and the people managing the installment process. This lead to the installation of our blinds being delayed and rescheduled a couple of times which was frustrating. Despite this I couldn't be happier with our blinds and curtains. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are friendly and professional.I love my shutter but the finish doesnt really reach my expections as the gaps around and between the shutter and alot bigger than I remember and let a lot more light in than my previous shutters from a different company. As for my roller blinds love them do the job perfectly
