I love the colour of my block out blinds, the pelmets and fixtures, the only thing I'm not 100% happy with is the shade of day blind I chose. I wish i had taken the sample into the room where they were to be hung instead of holding it up against the 3 pane sliding door in the brightest room in the house. It has left the 2 rooms fairly dark, on the upside the installation was a 100% great experience, the fellas were respectful and removed their shows before coming in, were clean when working and took all the rubbish away with them and communicated the whole time they were there.

The guys who quoted, measured and installed were good. However, the job took way too long to complete as the blinds were all made the wrong way. I had difficulty with customer service organising them to return to finish the job in a timely manner. When it was finally finished, we were then informed we had to get the electrician back to finish off the electrical side. None of this was conveyed to us and we still don't have working blinds. We spent way too much money for this type of service.

The quoting experience was good. The blinds took a little longer to install than anticipated but we are very happy with the result. The powered skylight blind is a joy to operate compared with the previous manual arrangement'

The quote took a long time to organise despite the scheduling engine on the website suggesting an earlier appointment. The guy who did the quote was very strident in his view and the installation process involved a COVID process which seems to forget that the installer presented more of a risk to the business that did those isolating in the business.

This is the second time I have purchased blinds through Victory Curtains and Blinds and have found their customer service very good. Their products are good quality and installation is quick and professional. Very helpful company to deal with.

We had to have a new blind install over the glass doors as Kevin ordered a none blackout blind so we paid double to correct the mistake and then from placing the order we never got followed up for installation. I had to call & follow up and book it in. They had been sitting around just overlooked. It took three months to get them installed for my tenant. I have used your services for full replacement of all blinds in my two investments plus my outdoor alfresco area all in the last 12 months but now that I’m looking to replace all my internal window furnishings at my own residence I’m reluctant to call on you again.

Quotation was outstanding, however it all went downhill from there! Vince came out and gave me a quote for our new house that had just been built. He offered so much advice and information, his time was invaluable to me and made me think that this was a company I wanted to deal with. However this is where any professionalism ended. Firstly, my delivery and installment time was pushed out a week, no explanation, no information. When I enquired COVID 19 was the excuse, however the order was put in place prior to this all happening. The night prior to newly expected date (having not heard from Victory until after hours, so unsure as to whether or not it was going to happen) I received a text from the installation person. This text was from an person who never even identified himself as an employee of Victory. He came and installed the curtains. The incorrect hooks were with the order. He had some spare hooks in his van, however not all hooks could be replaced so he stated he would come back. After 3 days I rang Victory to find out what was going on as we were unable to open or close the curtains with the incorrect hooks in place. It was here that Victory informed me that it is a 2 week turn around before he could come back. Thank you so much for the information after the fact. Secondly, I have worked in the clothing industry for over 25 years, and I am very disappointed in the fact that there were so many loose threads all over each and every set of curtain. Our curtains are grey, yet I have found red thread, yellow threads, white threads and grey threads. You obviously dont clean your product before sending it out! Finally, The lining and the curtain are not even anchored evenly. The lining is attached higher in the curtain leaving a gaping droop in several curtain. When finalising the curtain make, the measurements were not placed properly. All in all I was disappointed with the fact that, as stated, the initial contact with Victory was really helpful and the company seemed to know what they were doing, however it seems not. I obtained 3 quotes and even though Victory was the highest quote of all, I still chose you as you seemed more professional and knew what you were doing. I was sadly mistaken as should have gone else where. I will in future! The 2 stars are for Vince, nothing else.
