Australia | 22 July 2022The product and installation were OK but the biggest problem with Victory is that it is impossible to speak directly to a staff member and get an update on your order unless they call you. When you call their number, it goes to a "Message Answering Service" where you leave a message and they say you will be contacted in 24-48 hours. But they never call you back. Emails are never answered. You just have to wait until they're ready to contact you for installation. No updates, no indication of when something will happen unless they're ready to let you know. One of my blinds was measured incorrectly and it took 10 weeks for them to correct the issue and re-install. But no matter how many times during that process I called them, they never returned my calls. From initial quote to complete installation was about 4 months. I understand there are delays from Covid and such but delays should be handled with good communication. Also they demand full payment before installation and once they have your money, they just don't care. It's not like it was a small order either, it was approx. $10k to do the whole house. It's incredible that after paying that amount of money how poor the customer service is. I would never do business with Victory again and I would never recommend them.

He knew exactly what we wanted as far as shutters, sheers and ventians to achieve our modern Hampton look. I would highly recommend victory blinds to anyone for high quality products and service

From the first consultation to the installation, the process was effortless and I was treated with respect and they showed lots of patience, when choosing colours and styles. Joe was very knowledgeable, giving me clear and concise advice. The wait time after ordering was surprisingly quick and the installation was very efficient. United Kingdom | 16 July 2022Incredibly rude and poor service. I purchased the blinds, which went fine. They broke some years later. Again, this is fine, things happen. Problems started when I tried to fix the blind. In May, the problem was diagnosed, I received and paid the quote, and let them know. It is now mid-July .I have not been able to get any response from anyone about scheduling it in, despite the fact that at payment, they had said it would be during May. It is impossible to contact anyone. The phone line goes to a message bank. The online chat function refers me to the same address that has been ignoring me. I was going to buy another at the same time, but the after sales service is so incredibly poor I would not risk being stuck with another that is broken with no way to fix it

Australia | 13 July 2022Terrible experience, no communication, constantly chasing, text book answers when finally rung by a manager, had to do their work for them, even when the blind had to be reversed to fit the space! OMG! They tell you something, even with a promise, well that didn't happen, always lame excuses. Don't go there people, shocking! VB, it's a good time to reflect and take a look at your practices and be honest about your brand and how you want to be seen. So disappointing! Anyone that reads this, just to reply to VB below, to date (27/7/22) they have not made a phone call! No leadership, absolutely useless and again, talk rubbish!

Australia | 25 June 2022I have been attempting to contact victory blinds for 2 months now and after 4 messages left with their message centre, I’ve yet to receive a call back. I have an issue with my blinds - which I’m sure is not a hard fix - yet this level of customer service is terrible.

I had a few quotes prior to Cameron Walsh from Victory Blinds meeting with me. From the very first moment it was obvious that Cameron knew exactly what I needed and set-out to make it a really great experience. His industry knowledge is second-to-none and I had no hesitation placing the order. The installation was extremely seamless and friendly with no issues whatsoever. Australia | 10 May 2022I ordered and paid the 50% deposit for curtains and blinds on the 3 March and have received no communication since. I couldn't get through to the Underwood office number and all of my calls go through to an answering service. I would suggest offering customers the option to track their order. Eventually curtains have arrived and have been installed and I'm happy with them.

Australia | 26 April 2022We ordered our blinds in December & they were finally booked for installation end of feb but unfortunately when installers arrived the blinds were not the right size so we were left with no blinds for about 2 weeks then finally they arrived but with them came a lot more issues which have still yet to be resolved. We can blame Covid for a lot but the service we have had has been terrible. It’s been a month now since the technician came to investigate the problems and we haven’t heard anything since. We have called and left messages, we have emailed… but still nothing. We will be taking this further now as this is not good enough! I was excepting a lot more out of a company that has been around for so long! Don’t even get me started on Penny.. our measure & quoter. She hasn’t even tried to help with our issue even after I asked her to please help! We never heard from her again! So angry and disappointed!
