He was available to answer questions that our board of directors or membership might have. The technician arrived ahead of time and did a great job. He was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Vector to anyone.

Any time we had an issue with our cable line a service person came to the house and fixed the connectivity issues caused by the cable company. Never once were we billed. The we very responsive to false alarms and alway very professional. I would recommend them to the new owners of our house.

United States | 21 August 2015Unusually poor service on this call. It took two trips by two different technicians. First technician merely replaced a battery...second technician replaced the unit based on what he saw and said that's what should have been done on the first call.

United States | 21 August 2015After I replaced the back-up battery, the keypad kept flashing. No one could help me over the phone. Finally, a technician was assigned to come out and solve the problem. Before coming out, the technician - 3 weeks after my initial complaints - called by phone and solved the issue in 1 minute. Why couldn't the people at Vector Center do that right away?

There were very few instances where the alarm went off and most of them were my fault of forgetting that I had set the alarm and opening one of the doors accidentally. I don't understand what terms and conditions you are requesting below. I do not intend to continue my contract with Vector. I have had them for 5 years and it expires this month.

United States | 13 August 2015A couple of years ago during the summer when I had to be away from home 3 weekends in a row, I was broken into each weekend. However, due to Vectors system each time the police were notified and their response was timely enough to thwart the criminals attempted thievery. Fortunately the attempts stopped and there have been no further broachings of the system since.

United States | 18 July 2015I've had problems with the door locks, a crappy camera that don't stay focus or set, I've had more service people trying to fix their system, Besides the sales represents no longer work for them and stuck me into a 5 year contract that gives me no lead way or feeling secure in my home, I'm a cancer patient, paraplegic, and lives with my wife. A customer affairs rep. Michelle, though nice offer to knock off ten dollars, I settled for the camera to feel more secure in my home. I see other systems that is offering better system & service then I'm getting from Vector, I really want out of the contract because the rep that wrote the contract lied about my options. He just wanted the sell and the money.

United States | 16 July 2015I have no substantive complaints at all. But here is one anecdote: the alarm went off at my house and I didn't hear it -- sound didn't travel as far as my bedroom. Vector representative said she would let Vector know that I probably need another alarm added to my system, but I never heard back from Vector on this. Admittedly, I may have misunderstood her intentions, and admittedly I could have -- and should have -- called Vector, But I'm reporting this because it was a missed opportunity to improve my service. Perhaps this review will prompt follow-up action.
