I'm glad to register my children to LingoAce, they really have fun to learn Mandarin with this method. Previously, they don't like to learn it at school. Even they have to start from beginning but still it is better than they only play gadget during the pandemi.

wonderful teaching

Excellent customer service with quick n prompt response. Flexible as my boy was sick and had to cancel class. They were kind enough not to charge for that class. A little expensive per hr rate but a lot more convenient as we need not travel to another venue.

Teacher is great! But lesson is a bit pricey

This is the first time my daughter using Lingoace to learn mandarin. She likes it very much. Lingoace has native speaker from China. Although we are in Indonesia, we still can learn Mandarin directly from native speaker. It is really great to have this experience. The learning method is also different from others. The teacher knows the student's weakness, she will pay attention to it and give the students more exercise about to cover the weakness. Also the teacher will report to the parents about the student's learning development.

The teacher and class teacher are excellent! They are responsible and super nice. However, IT is very poor when there are some technical issue. It is pending a lot of days and issue still there! Bad experience!

Every menu in the apps are easy to understand and explore. Help parents to checked how the kids are studying while parents cannot accompany with "playback" menu.

I like ir, but is tooo easy

My kids had a complimentary trial session each. We're satisfied with the classes generally. The trial teachers are professional. My concerns are: 1. complaint procedure, who to write to? I can't seem to see there is a general office line number; 2. how to do booking and when does a cancellation take effect? 3. what is the refund policy? I can't find those answers to my concerns on the website.

Teachers are patient and kind. This help the weaker learners and it boosts their confidence. However, it will be fantastic if there is an actual physcial assessment book that follows the moe syllabus for the teachers to teach accordingly and for the kids to complete and for parents to follow up.
