So far so good. This is only her 2nd lesson. She enjoyed the lesson and hope the lessons will give her more opportunities in learning and understanding our Chinese culture.

Teacher is very patience and will try her best to understand what the child is trying to say as my son is not sure of how he should reply in Mandarin.

We only started the first class, and we have not yet seen the teaching effect. The atmosphere in the classroom is too calm.

The teacher is fine, but sometimes she talks too fast in Mandarin.

Interactive and Fun! Teacher is patience, precise to pronunciation despite the fact that it is an online class and encouraging. My daughter enjoys the lesson, only side note is some of the lessons are rather easy

We did the free trial class for my five year old, he did enjoy it and the teacher was very nice, but there were a lot of technical issues. The app screen on iPad kept freezing while voices continued, the other kids were having connectivity issues too, they had to keep signing in and out to refresh the app. Pricing is a bit expensive too, even for their packages, especially considering this is an online class with multiple kids at the same time, so it's not even 1 to 1. Lastly, my biggest issue is how the teacher followed up with me. At the end of the class she told us parents that she would be sending us feedback regarding the performance of our kids, but she never did. Instead, she just asked me how my son felt about it and proceeded to try and sell me the packages. After several back and forth, I eventually told her we've decided to enrol in a local physical Chinese school instead of doing online classes. She tried to explain the disadvantages of a physical school, but without even giving me time to listen to her message and respond, she immediately went on to say unfortunately the special package is only for today and since I've decided not to proceed, it won't be available anymore even if I decide to join in future. I feel like that is very passive aggressive and hard selling, not even giving me a reasonable timeframe to consider? Perhaps your teachers need to be trained better in customer service.

I am very happy to have my child enrolled in the class, the teacher and counselor are very nice and provide adequate feedback for study progress, program activities and send us reminder.
