Brilliant service , milk tastes so much better . My favourite is the strawberry milkshake , need to try the banana shake .

A couple of times the milk wasn't left by our door. Once at the end of the drive and once at the top of next year's drive

Avoid, poor selling practices. Was told delivery would be between 7am and 9 am -Instead was delivered at 3am setting dogs off. As a result we cancelled and it was confirmed our account was closed however another delivery was made. We contacted them and was told it was their mistake and to just to dispose of milk and bottles and they reconfirmed that the account was closed, yet we are now getting threatening text messages from them for payment for their erroneous delivery. Doesn't seem to joined up between their customer Service & Accounts department

I placed a order after having someone visit my home. Was very happy, was looking forward to my fresh milk arriving. The day of delivery comes and no milk. My direct debit was returned but no message saying sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Won't bother signing upagain

First experience went smoothly and It is a pleasure not to have to carry heavy milk cartons from a supermarket. I have found the staff really helpful on the phone.

Great service, amazed on delivery days that you never hear the delivery 😊 a must is having a delivery box…so convenient. Our family are loving our milk, milkshake and fresh juice deliveries! Every Tues and Fri morning then children love the responsibility of bringing it all in. The ease of delivery makes it easier for myself as we go through a lot! Prices are fitting well into my tight budget and I hope to see on eggs and yogurt soon. I love the tradition of having our own milkman too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nice products but delivery is poor, I paid for organic and 2 weeks in a row I got regular milk, another week I got nothing altogether. To top it off I then got a third regular milk on a day where I don't have my delivery. Bit of a mess.

Great service, they are always so helpful and my order can change a lot but they have never got it wrong. So great to wake up in the morning and milk is waiting ready for breakfast!

I'm a regular customer. I phoned McQueens at the start of Feb to discuss a problem I had regarding numerous large black particles inside a sealed bottle of milk. I sent photographs and was asked to also return the bottle, which I did. After a week there had been no response so I emailed asking for an update. After another week there was still no response so I phoned and was told the manager was going to email the depot for comment and I would then receive a call back. I have still not heard and am now resorting to this method of communication instead, since it appears that negative reviews result in customer contact. I gave the company every opportunity to deal with this serious matter discretely but have now run out of patience. Doorstop cold call when I was working. Chap said the milk was the same cost as the supermarket and to give it a try so I did. Milk delivered as expected then I went to set up the DD and saw that the milk was double the cost. Palava to cancel and despite my negative feedback , they then tried to flog me other stuff. Took 15 mins to cancel on the phone. I asked if the sales reps were on commission. They are. They basically lied to get my custom.

Glad i chose McQueens Dairy's for my milk and eggs. Don't use supermarkets anymore. The produce tastes so much better from McQueens and i find Double Yolks in a few of my eggs, nice surprise on Omelette day. Very happy with the service provided by the delivery team too.
