It's fantastic to wake up to fresh milk and eggs on your doorstep. My delivery has always been on time. Easy to amend orders through the customer portal. Customer service on hand to help with any queries.

Great service .First delivery wasn't delivered but that was soon sorted by ringing the office line so apologetic and changed the dd accordingly. But since my first hiccup my deliveries are brilliant milk tastes like milk used to in glass bottles. So glad I chose to have this company's deliveries. Would highly recommend this company 5 stars all the way

Very easy to set up deliveries, milk on the doorstep before you wake up and best of all they aren’t poisoning it to stop cows farting win win.

We have been receiving doorstep deliveries for 10 weeks now and it has been fantastic.The milk froths up really well in our coffee machine which is an added bonus!

Awful missing items from orders , so I stopped the subscription now they are trying to charge me £12 odd and sending threatening emails saying they will go to a small claim court. ......off you go because you are not getting it out of principle . You have stole from me and want more money from me. Really? Wrong date added as can't remember off hand the dates. Update, the response below , standard reply just like they have done to all the other low reviewers . They were very much aware of the issues of not getting the orange juice and only getting one strawberry milkshake on one order. I could pay the £12 10 times over but out of principle after being robbed by this company I will not be. Let's go to court instead :)

Love getting my milk delivered by Mcqueens Dairies. My delivery is always on my doorstep before 7:30am in glass bottles, a little more expensive than supermarket products, but farmers getting a fair price for what they produce and reducing plastic is certainly worth the extra pennies x

Love having milk in bottles again even though we don’t have much. My only complaint is that it’s delivered on a Sunday night and sit on the doorstep for hours. Ok at the moment but don’t want it in the warmer weather.

Don't like to give negative reviews but have had a few issues with the deliveries like not correct amount of milk delivered on a couple of occasions and have been leaving my milk at front door and I live on a main road so can easily be taken, I have rang up a few times and reported it but still happens, I have a milk bottle holder at back door where milk should be left, at the moment it’s full with empty bottles as they haven’t took them, there have also been occasions where the milk bottles have been left on top of a 4ft high wall again these could be taken from there and worse still get knocked off leaving broken glass on driveway where cars drive up. If this continues to happen then I may have to cancel my milk order b
