They don’t handle items with care - my Chanel bag became damaged and full of mold and they are not recognizing that this happened while in their custody. Besides of general problems in handling, customer service sucks. And finally, they are not able to sell anything unless the price is so low that your payout is gone and giving away your beauties would have been better. Best advise: find another reseller. My review covers several cases. Luxury closet is commenting on one case only. I have additional 2 with severe damages that were acknowledged by Luxury closet and compensated. This recent case is different as they are ignoring their responsibility.

They said they created a refund, but no. I wrote for 5 days straight to cancel my order before I arrived. They didn't cancel the order. Fraudsters. All reviews here are bought. You told me you canceled the order. 5 times. what are you writing to me by scammers? No one contacted me. Why are you lying?
