First off the positives, the item that I purchased is exactly as described and I love it. I also like the large selection of items on the site. The cons: the bidding button isn’t quite helpful. I would avoid it. Additionally, be aware that if you live in the US a 9 to 12% import duty that is charged by the shipping carrier to the customer before the item arrives. Luxury closet pays for shipping but a small * that import duties are not covered and how much they’re going to be is not transparent. After contacting the company they covered parry do this cost for me- which I appreciated but I still had to cover some of it. I think their customer service was great though!
