CleanAyr Commercial carry out the cleaning contract for james gibb on one of their particular sites. I am always happy with the response i receive from James Gibb and the way they deal with any queries i may have. When reporting any risks they are always helpful and very polite..good friendly company. Would highly recommend.

Great at taking your money. Terrible at doing anything for it. Avoid. We own a flat in Edinburgh. James Gibb are the factors for the whole block. They will hound you for your factor fees but don’t demonstrate any value for them. Despite allegedly having regular cleaning, messes will remain in communal areas for weeks. We had windows boarded up for months and needed replaced, they weren’t even aware until we complained. There’s no outside area like a garden for them to maintain or anything like that. So I don’t see what we are paying for We have myreside as factors at another property who are cheaper, present, visible and actually demonstrate value. Eg. Maintaining the garden weekly. Sadly we will probably never get rid of James gibb as it takes a unanimous vote by the owners to get new factors and most don’t live in the properties.
