I would just like to take time to thank Nicholas Morrison for his effort and professionalism in organising a very complex repair to our building. Taking all the stress away with dealing with contractors etc.

We always wondered what we actually paid a factor fee for. We challenged the factor and our local contact Gemma took the time to sit down and explain it in detail. To be honest we didn’t realise how much they did to upkeep the area and really appreciate the service and the time Gemma took to go through everything with us.

Can't fault the service from Alison Edwards at James Gibb. Alison always deals promptly with any problems and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. She always goes the extra mile and tries to do her best for our property even when the odds are against her. Alison you have the patience of a saint !

I am well aware that moaning about the factor is a favourite Glasgow pastime (often with good reason), however on this occasion, I have to give maximum credit to Lyndsey MacDonald, Property Assistant at the Glasgow branch, for her 24hr turnaround of an issue that was causing a great deal of stress in our building. Jo Cooper, Senior Development Manager in Aberdeen provided outstanding service to us. I reported an issue regarding a tree in the development and she dealt with it immediately and efficiently.

I have sold my flat and no longer have this company as my factors, which is a huge relief. The exception to the rule is Stephen McCabe from their Glasgow Office. I had an outstanding issue regarding my last bill and it was sorted within hours thanks to him and his ‘can do’ attitude.

James Gibb have taken on the factor role at our building. I have to say the stairwell and bin storage area has never been cleaner, it is now well maintained and looks much neater. Lots of bits and pieces in the building that were long overdue to be fixed have now been done and the building is in an overall better state.
