This company was on the ball. They contacted me straight away after I reported my car accident. They explained the procedure and the breakdown truck arrived exactly when they said it would. Afterwards I got an email showing all the parts of my car that were damaged and that it would be written off. I also got a call to ask if there were any personal items I needed to pick up. A D Williams were professional and very helpful - I can’t fault their efficiency at every stage. Also sensitive to what is a rotten experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Great work completed. Only fault I could say is that I had to chase up my paperwork a couple of times but overall very satisfied with the work.

Customer service was excellent

They came to pick up my car within 24 hours of my accident and left me a courtesy car at the same time, and although my car was with them for about 6 weeks, they kept me updated at all times. I would thoroughly recommend AD Williams - Enfield and would use them again if the need arose.

My car went for repairs. The door handle paint is coming off and the rear door which was repaired feels like someone has taken a paint brush and painted. This is blemish on the door.

The alloy wheel still has scratches and paint marks left on the rim from the 3rd party. The body work is blotchy.
