An excellent service all round. Only had contact with 2 of the Wliiams team and both were courteous, precise and accordingly gave confidence that the service would be good, which it was. Agreed vehicle collection date and return was met and the damage repair was faultless. Courtesey vehicle provided was very good. 'All in All' no adverse comments - a very good service.

Good communication with the office on the repair progress. Driver (C) who brought the courtesy car was a pleasure to deal with. Car delivered back within expected time frame, it was nicely valeted and with the fuel replaced. Only improvement would be the courtesy car could do with replacing, found it quite unpleasant to drive.

First class workmanship. A recommendation by the KIA dealership. Even delivered to my door!

Great service and fast work. Couldn't fault them after we totalled our bumper on our mini and had to replace it along with the rear lights. Work got done in 2 days and was offered a courtesy car too. When the job was done they gave it an outstanding valet !! You can't ask for more than that!

Forced to use this company through insurance after my car was crashed into whilst I was stationary. - Told couldn’t book in for 2 weeks as had to order parts (despite only seeing pictures) - When I dropped off, told it would take 7/8 working days as they had to order the parts - Car returned in bad state. Obviously no QC. - Drivers door trim hanging out. When I pointed it out, the attitude I was given I was made to feel like I was being fussy. - Long scratch along offside rear quarter. Same attitude. Staff returned to their office and checked their photos when dropped off. Agreed if I would waste my time to come and drop it down to them for them to repair (it would only take 5 minutes). Again made to feel I was being fussy and now my time has to be wasted to fix their shoddy work. NOT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY FOR DAMAGING MY CAR AT ANY STAGE - Nearside rear alloy wheel scratched from their wheel gun and also chipped and scratched around the wheel. They sent their original photos which showed no damage. I sent detailed photos showing the damage and asked for them to show me on their photo where the damage was. Oddly they stopped replying at that stage. Have photos/evidence to support

Great service, great communication. The garage fixed the damage to our car in excellent time and I was informed of what was happening at every point. I really could not have asked more from this garage!
