AD Williams really good garage although there was a lot off issues with my vehicle out of there control I can not give them 5* rating they really worked hard trying to get issues solved even though it was very frustrating I mainly had dealings with Simon and Emily who I fill worked extremely hard in trying to get my vehicle sorted so thanks to you both and your team unfortunately I never actually met them in person Thanks mr miller

Having an accident is not a good experience for many reasons but Lyn on reception just made the nightmare so much easier. She was reassuring, kind and so helpful. John who delivered my car back to me also went above and beyond. My car looks as good as new and it is comforting to have the 12 month guarantee. My only very slight disappointment was a lack of curtesy cars and confusion as to how long the work would take - delayed due to you receiving my car (although this was probably due to my insurance company), and then initially saying 7 days on the app but I fact took 18 days. This said it must be difficult to estimate until the work commences. Thank you all for doing such a brilliant job. Sally

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ad William. Not only did their team leave a scratch mark on my vehicle during their work, but the paint job they carried out is already chipping away. When I raised this issue, I expected them to take responsibility and resolve it. Instead, they asked me to claim through my insurance, despite it clearly being their mistake. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, their customer service team has been unhelpful throughout this process, showing a lack of accountability and care for their customers. As a customer, I trusted them to provide quality service, but they have failed to meet even basic standards. I would caution others to think twice before using their services unless they make significant improvements to their workmanship and customer service.
