From start to finish a friendly, professional and efficient service. Everyone was keen to make sure the damage to the car was resolved as quickly as possible and to the highest possible standard.

Paint job was poorly done. The vehicle sent back to the garage three times for issues to be resolved. Came back with nothing done . The only good thing is the delivery driver , Jerry , very friendly and courteous.

It was damage done to my car parked outside my house and I decided not to make an insurance claim. ADWilliams, Newhaven, repaired my car - did a really great job. I’m so pleased, exceptional work and they have done a few extra things to tidy up my vehicle that show they actually care about doing a good job.

Company dealt with the repair promptly once allocated to them by the insurance company. Courtesy car provided for the duration of the repair. Good job dome on the repair and car appeared to have been valeted as well. All staff I spoke to were polite and very helpful.
