Excellent communication and quick repair

AD Williams are efficient and helpful in every way. The Tracker system was very useful in knowing how long the repair was taking and when complete. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

It was a quick job took ages to get a piece of glass then tried to say there was other damage and also we needed to pay more than the excess. Not impressed and we had a long drive to get there

Worst experience ever. They’ve had my car for almost a month and a half. I was told it would get delivered after a month and a half between the hours of 1-4, spent the whole day at home only to be told at 5, due to some technical issues, they are unable to deliver the car on the day. I was told my car would be taken from their North London Garage to Brighton as the North London Garage was too busy, on the promise that it would be taken on recovery so that no miles are added. They failed on both commitments, as my car was driven from Brighton and it too almost two months to get the repairs done. I asked Havens claims to intervene many time but to no avail. I cannot understand how they come be so poor but they seem to be the preferred Garages for Havens and Accorn Insurance. What is going on that we don’t know?

Excellent service and a great job on our car

Customer service is ok. The repairing team is the one that is bringing the company down. I had my car “fixed”. This is what they do, they “fix” the car, they don’t repair cars. Verry unhappy with the “repair”, also the car went out from they’re garage more scratched than it was. Thank you AD Williams for nothing.

My insurance chosen them They didn’t do best job if i am completely honest , the plastic trim on front bumper was damaged needed replacing but they just sanded it (it looks good but when you touch it its not smooth and color is different ) They kept changing estimated time which is not professional Also on last day they called and said they cant find wheel locking key which is not right they should have said it first day after investigation when they knew they need to refurb the alloys
