Prompt service and great result for a good price 👍🏻

Used AD Williams after my car was broken into- they were so quick to get my car sorted and fixed. They dropped a courtesy car to my house and after my car was fixed, dropped it back to me. I couldn’t fault them! Every member of staff I spoke to was so helpful. Will be using now for any future problems. Thank you :)

Car was collected on time. Although the hire car provided was small and a little untidy, it was an automatic which helps us out a lot. The repairs were completed to a high standard and I was very satisfied. Took just over a week which was reasonable in the circumstances. Kept up to date with progress regularly.

The courtesy car was delivered nice an early, as arranged. The repair to the car was very good, when my car was returned it had been cleaned inside and out, that was very much appreciated. The only issue I have is it’s very difficult to get through on the phone. Over all happy with the service.

Very happy with the experience I had with AD Williams. The called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time they said they would.They fixed the damage they were supposed to and more, which is great! They also returned my car to me days before they were supposed. I have no complaints, and will be using them, if need be, in the future.

Great customer service and friendly team, speedy turnaround and offered support for a few simple extras that made all the difference. Pick up and drop off was super helpful as well as the mini valet.

Many issues, that have still not been resolved. Car was recalled once to then come back to me with not much difference on all the issues. Will not, ever if I have the choice, use AD Williams

Job was good, communication could have been better.

When booking-in the car I found the assistance dealing with making the arrangements, the temporary use of another vehicle and the general approach of a high standard. The work was carried out swiftly and on-time and although there was one small issue this was rectified immediately and with no fuss.

Very efficient, collected car from our home and delivered back. Very good staff when you phone.

Good service and repairs appear to be in good condition. Only thing that made the whole experience faulty was the courtesy car that was provided. It was as if I was sitting in an ashtray. There was a stale smokey smell that seemed to seep into your skin. Awful!
