Quick and professional service

The office staff were very friendly and kept me informed throughout. The repair was perfect, when I collected my car not only did the repair look perfect, it looked like a new car, inside and out.

Repairs were speedy but when I inspected the car I found a small blemish which they immediately retectifed and returned the car the next day. Things don't always go to plan so I rate a company highly when they take feedback on their service and rectify withour fuss....this they did hence the 5 stars.

Shocking customer service and quality of work. Waited 7 weeks for a minor part before they started while they could have been getting on with the job. First attempt was bad colour match and bad finish - Rejected and re-done taking another week. Never once contacted me, I had to chase every time and go in when they wouldn't answer the phone. Avoid

Very good service. Although when the Vehicle was returned I wasn’t 100% happy with the paint finish.. vehicle taken back and quickly rectified. Excellent friendly & helpful staff who collect and return the vehicles.

They Came and picked up the car and we were contacted throughout the process. We did not have to chase or call. The car came back shiny and Clean and all repaired. I did not know customer service existed like this anymore!!! The staff are brilliant!
