People at reception were very good. However picking the van up it still had old body parts left in the back. The hole of the back of the van inside was completely covered in white dust. Over even spare part, every panel, every tray. Took me over 1hr to vacuum the worst of it. Inside the front was a bit dusty too. No attempt to clean. A comment that they couldn’t clean due to health and safety having to go into the back of the van. I couldn’t believe the back wasn’t tapped up. I can’t believe you would hand back a personal vehicle back to a customer like that. Feel I was treated less due to the van being a fleet van.

Car was returned to me incomplete, like no one bothered to look at the workmanship when it was finished. Trimming wasn't clipped in, tow hook cover on front bumper was sticking out and not secured and the entire bumper had lost its integrity. Sent it back, only to receive it the next day with one of the license plate clips broken and clearly an issue. This was visible to my untrained eye, you need to take more care post repair and make sure your work is up to standard. 3 stars instead of 2, only because of Josh the delivery driver being so good.

The worst experience I ever had. Went through my insurance to get my car’s body work fixed. Had my car accident at the end of June, gave my car to AD Williams Wimbledon and they keep over promising and under delivered. The due date changed every week to the point I waited 1 month and still waiting. Had a call yesterday from AD and mentioned I could collect my car. Took time off from work and went there, only to realise there are more problems and they still somehow haven’t changed my body panel, which was very obvious. On top of that, mold was somehow in my trunk/ boot, low left rear tire pressure, bird crap on my bonet and that’s what they think how a customer should receive their car back. I just dont understand how they overlooked the misalignment of my body panel, seems as if they were cutting corners and tried to manually fix it by hand, instead of replacing it, after all they claim to be be manufacture approved and of high standards. Then after realising in the end, I spoke with the regional manager to show things have been missed, you could feel and visually see the misalignment of the body panel and he was clueless of course. I mean seriously, he should be managing and checking for quality control but no, he doesn’t know about anything, it’s totally embarrassing to see his reaction. I was further told by the regional manager that the parts would arrive the next day and I lost hope because based on history, they kept extending my due date every week which I also told him. He said by Saturday would be fixed, spoke with him on Wednesday. Today got a voicemail saying the parts will arrive next week (as I thought) and delivery will be next week too. Yet again, they over promised and under delivered. Extremely frustrating to see lots of this had to be changed, over a simple repair as I only had a bumper scratch and misaligned side panel. I had to go back empty handed as they still haven’t finished and told them they would receive a bad review from me and that they already had bad reviews online but I still gave them a chance to see for myself. They had more than enough time and there simply can be no more excuses and promises. In my opinion as well as on past review, you should definitely avoid them!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO AD WILLIAMS WIMBLEDON.

Communication was abysmal. The telephone was not answered; it just rang out when I got through the constantly given wrong information. I was pleased with the Beckenham branch, who were very helpful and did an excellent job repairing my damaged car. Unfortunately, this was spoilt by the dreadful experiences on the telephone at the Wimbledon branch, which handles the calls for the Beckenham branch.

Brilliant. Amazing team. Good interaction amongst all, very helpful, lots of smiles 😁.No queries with the small vehicle which did its job. Parts were in, the job took less than 24 hours to complete. Plenty of common sense involved. Absolutely no issues and it's probably my best experience I've had in a car repair place. Thank you all 👍

Very smooth experience, communication great, only issue is length of time from.start to finish but that was parts back order issue as they were coming from Europe ! Would recommend AD Williams
