Absolutely terrible garage! Avoid at all costs! Currently have had the vehicle for over 120 days and counting, being fobbed off with excuse after excuse and every reason under the sun! Totally unwilling to help and total lack of informing customers of the vehicle status. Ringing them every single week for updates. Complete ignorance and no compassion. Please avoid at all costs!

Not only was the extensive work that AD Williams carried out on my car excellent but they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When a minor fault appeared several months after the repair, the car was collected and a courtesy car provided, without hesitation. They are a pleasure to deal with. I recommend emailing them via their website, as it can be difficult to reach them on the phone. They always call back in a reasonable period. Ten out of ten!

Endless emails and phone calls (apparently the reason was the case was raised twice) Late collecting and returning vehicle. Damage was to bumper and side, bumper plate was missing, found in the bottom of the bumper unattached. Wouldn’t use again.
