Feedback on repair progress have been non existent, difficult to get someone on line as always busy… Otherwise, repair have been performed well: no complaints here and drivers was very nice.

They take ages to answer calls and some times they never answer the phones and never ring you back . Poor customer Service.

Damage was not fully fixed

Great service from AD Williams Incredibly quick turnaround on our rear bumper repair and fix of our radar system. Collection and return was smooth and simple, would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Car had to be returned twice - Bodywork good but failed to sort out ABS following accident and boot not re-attached properly causing more paint damage. Communication; good at first, but the company were not initially prepared to explain what works and safety checks they had carried out as the “customer” was my insurance company.

I got the right level of service and the bodywork repair is spot on. I got the impression that AD Williams isn't too big a concern, so they know what counts. Two weeks before, my car was with a much larger body shop. The contact and so-called service I got was way over the top and it drove me nuts, so much so that I felt intimidated. AD Williams on the other hand got it right, and they didn't try to sell me tyres I didn't need either! I'd happily use them again.

Managed my repair on time and within quote, although told on collection a lot of work went into the repair. I obviously know where the damage was , now unable to detect . I would recommend AD Williams Great job thank you again.

At the beginning of this week I had my car being taken in the see if it was reparable, unfortunately it didn’t make it to the garage as was classed as a write off just before and I was quite upset due to these circumstances. I had a phone call from the reception team,a lady called Nicky phoned me to explain about my car and could tell I was upset she was so kind and supportive she brightened my day up for me. I can’t thank her enough honestly such a supportive, kind team I would definitely recommend!

My vehicle rear bumper changed and the number plate but number plate light has not changed.job not completed fully .
